Pre-workout supplements
I've been shopping at Bodybuilding Warehouse for quite some time, and although I haven't had any problems with the products I've bought, their delivery service is not up to scratch. I decided to go for the BW unlimited next day delivery option, but the items aren't sent out until about 4 to 5 days after I've placed the order. It's really annoying to have to wait that long, especially when you're paying more for a faster delivery. On top of that, when I've tried to get in touch with them for help, they haven't responded quickly or sometimes not at all.

It's really frustrating because of their poor communication and lack of responsibility. I'm very disappointed with how things have turned out.

Signing up for an online account with Aldermore was an absolute nightmare. It just seemed to drag on for a couple of days before everything was finally sorted and set up. Their systems felt really out of date and not at all easy to use. Thankfully, when I reached out to them, they did make an effort to put things right and explained that the Post Office address database was partly to blame for the mix-up.

Shoes with poor quality material
The shoes were delivered quickly and they looked amazing initially. Sadly, after just a year of light wear, the material on the heels of both shoes began to peel off, leading to lots of pain and blisters when I wore them. I tried reaching out to the customer service email on the website, but to my dismay, I didn't hear anything back, even after I sent three follow-up emails with photos of the problem. It's really frustrating to be ignored, especially when I'm just trying to sort out a warranty issue.

Soft layer swap
The mattress and customer experience were really good, but we thought the softest setting was a bit too firm for our taste. So, we decided to change the soft layer for an extra soft one, but we had to pay extra for postage. The mattress is modular, which makes it simple to carry the foam layers upstairs one by one. However, getting the layers to line up perfectly can be a bit tricky because of the modular design, though it's not a big deal. The natural latex material is pricey but totally worth it for the great sleep it gives us.

Damaged furniture
The furniture I bought arrived in a really bad state - with cracks in the wood, joints not lining up properly, and shelves that didn't fit right. When I tried to contact customer service for a refund, it was as if no one was listening. I didn't hear back for more than a week, and every time I called, the call mysteriously got disconnected. Even when they eventually agreed to pick up the furniture for a return, there was no heads up about the courier coming or any tracking details given. It's been a month now and still no refund. Totally not on!

I wanted to order some choral music sets from this website because they said it was in stock and ready to go. But, when my package finally arrived, there were only a few copies inside! The rest were apparently being re-printed. I did end up receiving another small package, but where are the rest of my copies? Stranded multiple times
The cars are alright, but the customer service is total rubbish, you know what I mean? So, I rented this car and the owner goes and cancels it right before I was supposed to pick it up! I had to hassle them for ages to get my refund. They were like "oh, it should have been refunded" but it didn't happen, did it? So frustrating, honestly.
Then, I rented another car which wouldn't connect to my phone, so I couldn't unlock or start it without talking to their support. I had to wait forever for them to respond - I was literally stuck on the side of the road for hours waiting for help! When I returned the car, I asked the guy to wait for a few minutes, but he just left me hanging there for ages again. And you can't even call them after 6pm, only live chat. The slip-on sandals I bought had a big issue - the whole strap came off as I was trying to put them on. It was a bit of a letdown to see that the stitching wasn't very strong, and the clasp design made it tough to lock the strap in place properly. But, apart from that, the shoes were actually really nice and comfy. It's just a shame I'll need to fork out some cash to get the strap fixed now.

I purchased a bedside table back in May and it arrived in good condition, the packaging was secure. However, I encountered an issue with two of the drawers being too close together which made it difficult to open and close smoothly. I got in touch with customer service and they gave me the option of having a technician visit or getting a refund. I chose the refund and it was processed quickly. It's a shame that the item wasn't checked properly before it was shipped out, but at least the customer service was efficient.

Table and TV purchase
The quality of products has really gone downhill in recent years, especially when it comes to furniture and home goods. The furniture choices are either very basic or really outdated. Even though they offer free installation with TV purchases, we couldn't use it because the TV mount wasn't suitable for plasterboard walls that are becoming more common. The table we bought had a big gap in the centre, showing the lack of skill in making it. When we contacted customer service to raise our issues, they just ignored us and didn't take us seriously. The lack of response and the way they dismissed our complaints has left us frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.

Duravit toilets and Crosswater vanity units - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. After several days of comparing, reviewing and deliberating toilets online during the summer sales 2023, I decided to purchase two Duravit toilets at £116.22 each from UK Bathrooms.com as they were the best price – date 7/7/23. Nineteen days after the purchase on 26/7/23, I received an email from UK Bathrooms indicating that there had been an error on the pricing and that the toilets should actually be £315.59 each.
Furthermore, on the 21/7/23 I decided to purchase a Crosswater vanity unit and glass sink from the same company for £461.38. I had been viewing and deliberating this item on their website for several days before making the purchase. When receiving the vanity unit on 27/7/23, it became apparent the sink hadn’t been provided so I contacted the company to arrange delivery of the missing sink. They replied with the same excuse as above saying there had been an error on their system and that the sink wasn’t provided.Review about: 247 Home Rescue

No problems on this occasion with requesting a boiler repair visit. Appointment was same-day and the engineer (James Seales) was friendly and helpful. Repair completed with no issues.
Technician ( Graeme) completed task quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Also welcomed advice on futureproofing system .
