    I recently ordered some dog food and toys from Zooplus, but to my disappointment, my order was cancelled because the items were out of stock. What really frustrated me was that Zooplus didn't even bother to let me know about the cancellation. I had to find out myself when I logged in to check on the order, and that's when I saw that it had been cancelled without any notice. The lack of communication was really disappointing and left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole experience.

    Repeat order of cat litter

    I've just started using Zooplus after having issues with my old pet supply provider. I thought I'd give their repeat order service a go, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I ordered some huge bags of cat litter yesterday, and I was shocked to get it delivered the very next day.     I've been a loyal customer of Zooplus for quite some time now and have always been happy with their prices and delivery. But I've got to say, I was a bit gutted when I noticed they'd increased their prices by quite a bit recently. That led me to do a bit of digging around, and I found three other places selling the same stuff for way cheaper, plus they offer free delivery. So, I've made the decision to start using these other suppliers from now on.

    Recent pet supply purchase

    I've been a customer of the online pet supply store for more than ten years now, and overall, I've been really happy with their service. They have a great range of products, especially ones that are hard to find elsewhere, which is why I keep coming back. However, I've been disappointed recently with their choice of couriers. They used to use DPD, which was always reliable and quick. But now, they only offer Yodel and EVRI (formerly Hermes), both of which have caused issues. Yodel once said they couldn't deliver to my flat because of the size of the boxes, which was a real problem for me as a disabled person living on the 1st floor. Another time, EVRI said my order was too big, sent a special van that never showed up, and then sent the order back to Zooplus without even trying to deliver it. The unreliable courier services have made me think about whether I should keep shopping with them.

    Taste of the Wild food

    I've been getting Taste of the Wild food from this website for quite some time. I really like it because they have big bags and the prices are really reasonable. The only thing is they used to let you pick a delivery time, but I suppose they're too busy for that now. I also appreciate that I can earn points for extra treats and toys, plus the surprise free gifts that sometimes come with orders. It's a nice touch. 🎁

    I just ordered a bunch of dog food from this website. Bit gutted, to be honest, 'cause I had to pay extra for delivery to the Scottish Western Isles, but the delivery times with Yodel were pretty rubbish. On the other hand, when I ordered smaller amounts and got Evri as the delivery partner, the service was much better.
