But I've got to say, I was a bit gutted when I noticed they'd increased their prices by quite a bit recently. That led me to do a bit of digging around, and I found three other places selling the same stuff for way cheaper, plus they offer free delivery. So, I've made the decision to start using these other suppliers from now on.

I've been a customer of the online pet supply store for more than ten years now, and overall, I've been really happy with their service. They have a great range of products, especially ones that are hard to find elsewhere, which is why I keep coming back. However, I've been disappointed recently with their choice of couriers. They used to use DPD, which was always reliable and quick. But now, they only offer Yodel and EVRI (formerly Hermes), both of which have caused issues. Yodel once said they couldn't deliver to my flat because of the size of the boxes, which was a real problem for me as a disabled person living on the 1st floor. Another time, EVRI said my order was too big, sent a special van that never showed up, and then sent the order back to Zooplus without even trying to deliver it. The unreliable courier services have made me think about whether I should keep shopping with them.
