I love my pets, I have a pamellion dog and two parrots. At my grandma's place We have a 4 puppies. I have always a soft corner to my all animals and specially my pets. I take care of them and take it as very serious note I get every required stuff in good price here, start from pet food, nutritious food, dog food, pet cate supplies, cages and what not actually! Apart from the all pet food and supplies, I have also bought a cage for parrots. The home delivery is efficient, quality of products isnice.
I have earned bonus points when I bought products from Zooplus. Unfortunately my dog died last September so I will not be buying further products from Zooplus. They won't let me donate those points so other animals can benefit - THEY INSIST I SPEND ANOTHER £10 IN ORDER FOR THEM TO APPLY THE POINTS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALEADY SPENT MONEY WITH THEM TO EARN THE POINTS - THEY ARE PATHETIC.
In 2018 I rejected an order of damaged [contaminated rotten meat] and was given prompt refund. In 2020 I received an incomplete order of same product [contaminated rotten meat with the same batch number as the meat I rejected in 2018]. The customer service this time was extremely poor, frustrating/costly. I was not refunded of the VAT/service/delivery charges applied to the order for the items not received or the rotten meat that I rejected [this proved costly]. Delivery and Service has become appalling in recent years.
