Quality hampers, exceptional products, spoil recipients
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, using their hampers to celebrate special occasions and lift the spirits of my friends. Every time, I'm amazed by the high quality of the products and the impressive presentation. Everyone who has received one of these hampers has told me how spoiled they felt. I can honestly say that these hampers surpass those from bigger, more famous brands. Keep up the amazing work!

T-shirts
I've just bought some t-shirts from this brand, but I was really disappointed with what I got. The prices have gone up a lot, but the quality of the t-shirts has gone down. The sizing was all over the place, so it was hard to find one that fit properly. Plus, the material didn't feel as good as it used to. As someone who's been a customer for years, it's really disappointing to see both the quality and value going downhill.

I am completely shocked by how terrible my experience has been with this company. I decided to get their energy services, and straight away I realised it was a mistake. I keep getting bills for services I haven't even used, and their customer service is nowhere to be found. I've tried to sort things out, but there's no one available to speak to. It's as if they're deliberately dodging customer problems and complaints. I'm starting to feel like they've ripped me off and taken my money unfairly. It's just not right and it's really disappointing!

Ferry ticket booking
I recently booked a ferry ticket on here and I was really let down by the service. The ferry times they gave me were wrong, so I missed my ferry and had to pay an extra £96 to get another ticket from a different company. This made me 2 hours late getting to where I needed to be. When I complained, they said they had emailed me about the change, but I never got any email. They tried to say the email was sent on 31st April, which isn't even a real date, making them seem even less trustworthy. I kept asking about how to make a formal complaint and for proof of this mystery email, but got nowhere. Overall, my experience with this booking site was just really annoying and not what I expected at all.
