Elvie breastpump purchase
I recently bought an Elvie breast pump from this online shop. I have to say, the Elvie is amazing! I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with it. However, I had a small issue with the express shipping I chose. These things happen, but what matters most is how a company deals with them. Luckily, Oxygen Boutique handled it really well. They responded quickly when I contacted them about the problem and fixed it right away. I was really impressed by how efficient and helpful they were. They refunded the extra shipping costs and made sure my order was shipped out as soon as possible. I also needed a pdf of the receipt for insurance reasons, and they were happy to provide it. It's rare to find a company that goes out of their way to help customers like that. The customer service from Oxygen Boutique was outstanding and I really appreciate it. I'll definitely shop with them again in the future.

Inquiry about availability in my area
I got in touch to see if they could provide their service in my area, but they told me they couldn't at that time. Much to my delight, I got a call back later on to let me know that they had started covering my area. The person I chatted with was really nice, knew their stuff, and really went out of their way to help me switch over. They even said they'd help out with any fees for ending my current contract, which I thought was a really nice touch in terms of customer service.

10 day Turkey Land Tour
I've just come back from a 10-day land tour in Turkey, and it was absolutely brilliant. We had this amazing tour guide called Mustafa who really knew his stuff and made the whole trip unforgettable. He was so funny, knew so much, and he was really good at avoiding big crowds which made the tour even better. We saw loads of incredible sights in Turkey and covered a lot of ground in a short time. The places we stayed at during the tour were also really impressive and made our experience even better.

Misleading ticket pricing
It was so annoying not knowing about the extra charges for travelling between London stations. It would've been really useful if they had told us that before we bought the tickets.
