    Emailed ticket issue

    I had a bit of trouble with my emailed tickets not coming through recently. Silly me didn't jot down the booking reference, so I couldn't ask for them to be sent again. Anyway, I got in touch with customer service and had a chat with Pam, who was really understanding and helpful. She found out what went wrong, found my booking, and quickly sorted out a refund for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I got and I really appreciated Pam's professionalism and eagerness to fix the issue straight away. All in all, I was happy with how things turned out and I would definitely use this service again in the future.

    Budget-friendly train tickets

    Raileasy is the best choice for booking train tickets. I recently saved £87 by using Raileasy instead of other popular platforms. Sure, there were a few small inconveniences like having to print out multiple tickets and possibly needing to change seats, but considering the money I saved, it was definitely worth it. Also, getting a Railcard can help save even more in the future. In general, I would highly recommend using Raileasy for booking train tickets if you want to save some money.

    My train cancelled, refund secured

    My train got cancelled by the company and I was really worried about getting my money back because I booked through this travel site. I sent an email first thing in the morning with all the details and by mid-morning, I received an email from a lady named Pam saying everything was sorted!     I bought some train tickets from this place and it was really disappointing. I was hoping they'd be a bargain, but they turned out to be only slightly cheaper than other places.     I bought some train tickets for a trip to Oxford with my wife from a website that isn't National Rail. Unfortunately, I couldn't book our return journey on the National Rail site, so I had to use another one. When the tickets arrived, I was shocked to see that we had received a total of 24 tickets for our journey back. Each ticket had a different seat reservation, and most of them were in different parts of the train. This meant we had to keep moving around to find our seats, turning our journey into a confusing game of musical chairs. Although using this website saved me a bit of money, the hassle of dealing with so many tickets outweighed the saving. It's a shame that there was no warning before I bought them about the sheer number of tickets we'd receive. If I'd known beforehand, I probably wouldn't have booked through that website.
