    Tried but unresolved

    Overall, decent — Brandon tried, but the fault stayed. I called on Friday evening; he seemed competent and ran through fixes, explaining the tech team would be needed. They don't work weekends, so nothing more could be done.

    Surprisingly sorted by phone

    Halfway through the move I was genuinely sceptical about switching providers — past experiences put me off and I needed decent internet for remote work. The phone adviser walked me through every step, fixed a glitch and I was online quicker than expected. No endless hold, which really surprised me.

    Pretty decent, bit of a mix-up

    Sat on the sofa after the call, was relieved that the adviser explained things properly. They were really helpful on the phone. Shame the appointment date got pushed — told me it'd be 3rd September then an email said 29th. It's annoying since I need it for my home office. Fingers crossed the engineer is tidy and quick. Glad so far though.

    Nearly walked away

    I nearly didn’t go ahead — the salesman fobbed me off and I was annoyed, felt like they’d passed the buck. Needed decent broadband for home-working and my back meant I couldn’t dash about comparing options, so I stuck with it. Thankfully Emma Underhill actually sorted the VOIP part quickly and properly, and the installers did a tidy job. Still early days but things are working, phew, relieved.

    Cold tea, fixed line

    I was mid-Zoom, tea gone cold, when the connection died. I called and got a patient advisor, Leya, who calmly walked me through some tests — bless her, really. I half expected a wait, but an engineer arrived and traced the fault to a cable roughly 140 metres down the road. Strange, I know, but they fixed it. I was sceptical at first, but actually quite pleased with how it turned out.

    Quietly reliable

    I nearly didn't bother signing up because rural broadband adverts promised the earth and I was fed up with phone-line rubbish. Took a punt on a wireless setup and honestly most worries vanished — it's proper handy to have no cables. Uptime's been solid, outages rare and sorted quickly, though it's not perfect and prices could be sharper. Been with them a while now, renewed again — more good than bad, really, and staff are decent.

    Proper connection at last

    Sat on the sofa, thinking this would be another false hope, the engineer turned out to be proper decent — friendly, clear about what he was doing and not rushing. He fitted the Airband (I think his name was Brandon) and actually explained things in plain English, which is rare. Using it now feels effortless; streaming without that usual buffering pause and video calls don't drop. We've tried other providers who overpromised, so this was a pleasant surprise. Setup wasn't fancy but it works, feels solid and reliable for our rural home — much happier.

    Weekend wait left me annoyed but relieved in the end

    I phoned on a Saturday, the rep told me to unplug the router and the black box, and that made things worse — my internet died completely. There was no technical help available until Monday, so I had to sit through the weekend with no fix. That was frustrating, and yes, I felt stuck because I was paying for something I couldn't use. On Monday the tech team put it right pretty quickly and it ended up being a simple reset, so I'm grateful it didn't take longer. Still, weekend support would have made all the difference. Overall I'm annoyed by the process but glad it was resolved without too much fuss.

    Resolution to CGNAT issue

    I reached out to customer service on Twitter because it was outside of their usual working hours. I was really pleased to see that they responded to my message quickly. The next day, they sorted out the problem with the CGNAT without any issues, and I'm really happy with how it all turned out.

    Contract for internet

    This company is absolutely brilliant! I recently signed up for internet with them and they have been fantastic. They're really trustworthy and stick to their promises, just like a superhero! 😊 The contract was for life, which is pretty impressive, and even though I'm 73 now, they still treat me like a valued customer. Whenever I've had any issues, they've always been quick to respond and get things sorted straight away. The lady I spoke with, Sarah, was really professional but also incredibly kind and friendly. Big thumbs up for her! 👍

    Fibre broadband installation review

    Having fibre broadband installed with this company took a while, but once I made the order, everything went smoothly. The delivery and installation team, Sean and Jack, were on time, quick, and really good at explaining everything. The broadband has been working great since then, and I'm really happy with the service I've received.

    Inquiry about availability in my area

    I got in touch to see if they could provide their service in my area, but they told me they couldn't at that time. Much to my delight, I got a call back later on to let me know that they had started covering my area. The person I chatted with was really nice, knew their stuff, and really went out of their way to help me switch over. They even said they'd help out with any fees for ending my current contract, which I thought was a really nice touch in terms of customer service.

    I recently spoke with this lovely customer service rep called Jane. She was an absolute delight, completely different from my usual interactions with customer service. Jane wasn't just helpful, she was also very welcoming and friendliness, and she made me feel appreciated as a customer. It's not often you find such amazing service these days, so I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jane!

    Internet service subscription

    The internet service I got from Airband was fantastic to begin with - top notch for the first month. But since then, I've had no internet in 6 weeks. I've emailed Airband loads about it, but they've not fixed it yet. On top of that, I've seen that Airband has been taking double the usual amount from my bank account every month, with two separate payments going out. This mix-up has really frustrated and disappointed me with the company. Their customer service team has been quick to reply with standard "we're looking into it" emails, but no real progress has been made in solving the issue. Their lack of action has made me doubt the reliability of Airband as a service provider. I'm asking Airband to refund me the extra charges and sort out the ongoing internet problem without delay.

    Quick and smooth purchase

    Airband is absolutely amazing! I called them and just 10 days later everything was set up, it all went so smoothly. The engineers who came to install everything in my shop were really nice and did their work professionally. My internet has been super fast and never cuts out. Airband may not be the cheapest option, but they are definitely the best!
