    Resolution to CGNAT issue

    I reached out to customer service on Twitter because it was outside of their usual working hours. I was really pleased to see that they responded to my message quickly. The next day, they sorted out the problem with the CGNAT without any issues, and I'm really happy with how it all turned out.

    This company is absolutely brilliant! I recently signed up for internet with them and they have been fantastic. They're really trustworthy and stick to their promises, just like a superhero! 😊 The contract was for life, which is pretty impressive, and even though I'm 73 now, they still treat me like a valued customer. Whenever I've had any issues, they've always been quick to respond and get things sorted straight away. The lady I spoke with, Sarah, was really professional but also incredibly kind and friendly. Big thumbs up for her! 👍

    Fibre broadband installation review

    Having fibre broadband installed with this company took a while, but once I made the order, everything went smoothly. The delivery and installation team, Sean and Jack, were on time, quick, and really good at explaining everything. The broadband has been working great since then, and I'm really happy with the service I've received.

    Inquiry about availability in my area

    I got in touch to see if they could provide their service in my area, but they told me they couldn't at that time. Much to my delight, I got a call back later on to let me know that they had started covering my area. The person I chatted with was really nice, knew their stuff, and really went out of their way to help me switch over. They even said they'd help out with any fees for ending my current contract, which I thought was a really nice touch in terms of customer service.

    I recently spoke with this lovely customer service rep called Jane. She was an absolute delight, completely different from my usual interactions with customer service. Jane wasn't just helpful, she was also very welcoming and friendliness, and she made me feel appreciated as a customer. It's not often you find such amazing service these days, so I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jane!

    Internet service subscription

    The internet service I got from Airband was fantastic to begin with - top notch for the first month. But since then, I've had no internet in 6 weeks. I've emailed Airband loads about it, but they've not fixed it yet. On top of that, I've seen that Airband has been taking double the usual amount from my bank account every month, with two separate payments going out. This mix-up has really frustrated and disappointed me with the company. Their customer service team has been quick to reply with standard "we're looking into it" emails, but no real progress has been made in solving the issue. Their lack of action has made me doubt the reliability of Airband as a service provider. I'm asking Airband to refund me the extra charges and sort out the ongoing internet problem without delay.

    Quick and smooth purchase

    Airband is absolutely amazing! I called them and just 10 days later everything was set up, it all went so smoothly. The engineers who came to install everything in my shop were really nice and did their work professionally. My internet has been super fast and never cuts out. Airband may not be the cheapest option, but they are definitely the best!

    Fibre installation finally completed

    I've been waiting for ages for fibre to be installed and I'm so happy that it's finally here! The guys who did the installation, Sean, Jack, and Ryan, were amazing. They worked really hard and made sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to them, I now have super-fast internet which has made a huge difference. I can watch TV without any annoying buffering and work from home much more efficiently. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and expertise.

    Fibre cable installation

    Dean Cole and his team did a great job getting the fibre cable to the outside of the house, even with all those pesky trees in the way. The way they did the installation was top-notch and really professional, I must say. But I'm still waiting for an engineer to finish up, so I can't give my final approval just yet.

    I've just bought an internet subscription and I have to admit, it was a bit of a disappointment. The whole ordering process was a total nightmare - so slow, full of problems, and just plain glitchy. The service itself was only okay, with hardly any help from the customer support team and always having trouble staying connected. And the prices? Well, they were way too high for what was actually given. And let me tell you, the delivery of the equipment felt like it took an eternity, really made me wonder if it was even worth the wait in the end. All in all, a letdown of an experience that I wouldn't suggest to anyone.

    I've been with this internet service provider for about four years now and most of the time, the service has been pretty good. But recently, I had a bit of trouble getting a connection out to my outhouse. The first engineer they sent over to set it up seemed a little clueless, to be honest. It was a bit of a pain to deal with, but thankfully, a different engineer showed up a couple of weeks later and did a really great job. Now I'm left wondering if all their engineers are as good as the second one I had.

    I had new internet fitted recently, and I have to say, the engineer who came, let's call him Dan, was really great. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up just right. He not only explained everything he was doing clearly, but also made sure to check everything was working properly before he left. He was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. It's rare to find such good customer service, so big thanks to 'Dan' for the excellent service!
