Ring with metal cut stones
I received a ring from them with small fake stones that didn't look as nice as in the online photo. It wasn't too pricey, so I decided to give it to a neighbour's child rather than dealing with the hassle of sending it back.

Refurbished phone in 'good' condition
I recently bought a second-hand phone from 4Gadgets and I have to say I am really pleased with my purchase and the whole experience. The phone I got was in 'good' condition, and it cost me a very reasonable £284.99 for the 8GB, 128GB version. The phone works perfectly, although there are some noticeable scratches on the sides. The screen and back of the device are in great condition. The battery is at about 99% health, which is impressive for a used phone. The battery life is also really good, so I'm wondering if they put in a new battery during refurbishment. Either way, I'm really happy with the phone's condition and the price I paid for it.

Prom dress shopping
I had such a great time finding a prom dress at this store. The staff at the Westfield's shop were really lovely and helpful, but Sophie at the Lakeside store was amazing. She went the extra mile to help us, searching for dresses in other locations, looking through the stockroom, and suggesting different options. Sophie really made the whole experience fun for my daughter's friend, and we're so thankful for her excellent customer service. Thank you, Sophie!

I just got my pet insurance renewal quote and was a bit shocked that it was more expensive than what I found on price comparison websites. So, after looking into it a bit, I thought I'd give them a ring to see if they could do anything about it. The bloke I spoke to, Charlie I think his name was, was dead nice and really listened to my concerns. He managed to sort me out with prices that matched the cheaper ones I found online, which made everything nice and simple. I'm grateful for the effort they put in to make sure I stick around as a customer.

Glass locket
I bought this really cool glass locket and I was so chuffed with it. But then I went and dropped it, smashing the glass after 9 months. I got in touch with them to ask if they could repair it. They couldn't, but they sent me a brand new one in just a few days for free! Absolutely top-notch service!
