Not as bad as I feared — turned out sorted. A mate tipped me after he’d used them, so I gave it a go; my parcel went astray at first (bit stressful) but after a couple of awkward calls they found it and refunded the postage. Took longer than ideal, but I'm relieved and slightly amused by the mess.
Slow refunds, decent item
By the time I finally got round to chasing them, I’d already sent back two pairs of earrings — first set faulty, replacement faulty as well. I’d hesitated before buying because I’ve had dodgy jewellery before and needed something for a small wedding, so I hoped it would be simple. One pair is fine now, but refunds and postage were a right faff; partial refunds came through slowly and they kept saying it was processed when it wasn’t. Not perfect, but usable.
Unexpectedly sorted
I wear these labret studs every day so losing the screw was a pain. Contacted support and at first two people didn't get it, a bit frustrating. Asked for escalation and, to my surprise, someone picked it up properly and sent the correct screw back within a couple of days. Delivery was spot on and the little parcel arrived neat. Happy now — works with my daily routine and nice customer follow-up.
Old-school returns
no online return option and if you want a prepaid label you wait five working days for it to be posted to you. Yes, posted. It’s a faff and felt unnecessary (I mean, come on). Still, I’m glad the refund eventually arrived — not perfect, but it could have been worse, so that’s something.
