I first saw these on a mate's Instagram and ordered without much thought. When they arrived one clasp felt loose and didn't properly click. I kept wearing them because both sides matched and I trusted the design. After a lunch out I realised one had gone — gone. That was annoying. I contacted customer service and at first it felt like hitting a wall, they wanted a pair back which I couldn’t possibly do. After a couple of emails they finally understood and sent a replacement quickly. Delivery was fast in the end and the new clasp is solid. Still a bit frustrated someone should have checked the design, but grateful they sorted it. Would buy again, though I’d check the fastening first.
Wrong at first, right in the end
cheap-looking studs that looked closer to 0.25 carat, and that niggling feeling that something was off. I rang customer service a few times (they were routed to India), was promised a free return label twice and waited — which was frustrating, especially as I’m disabled and had hoped to wear them to a function. After chasing them a bit more they finally sent a prepaid label and arranged a replacement. The moment I knew I was actually satisfied was when the second parcel arrived: the earrings felt heavier, the sparkle and size matched the description and I could tell they were the right pair. Not perfect — the communication was clearly scripted and the first delivery was wrong — but the replacement fixed it and they refunded postage hassle for me, which helped. I didn’t get a smooth ride getting there, and I almost missed my event, but once the correct pair was in my hands I felt relieved and glad I’d persevered. Overall a bumpy experience that ended well; I’d buy again but only if you’re prepared to chase them a bit.
Refund eventually, but messy delivery and help
I'd ordered these earrings because I needed something sensible for my partner's birthday — not costume nonsense, and after couple of poor online buys I was being cautious. A few days later the parcel was returned to me with a DPD note saying the retailer wouldn't accept the return — so £6 gone. I contacted the company; they said they'd send a freepost label. After weeks of chasing they sent one. I used that, waited two weeks, chased again, and finally got the refunded amount for the earrings, but not the postage. Every response from customer services mentioned escalation and how important my case was — all words, no visible action. It's been three months of emails and stress. I'm relieved to have the main refund, but the whole process was poor and slow.
Little wobble, big smile in the end

The jewellery from Rachel Galley is just stunning! I saw the Molto Kiss range and decided to buy the pendant, earrings, bracelet, and ring in rose gold. They arrived quickly and in lovely boxes. The quality is really amazing, despite what some reviews say. I'm really picky about my jewellery, but I can't find any faults with these pieces. I loved them so much that I also got the silver Molto Heart pendant, chain, and ring, which were also better than I expected. I do wish the site was easier to use when buying chains with pendants - it's a bit confusing for some people. Hopefully, the out-of-stock items will be back soon because I really want to complete my collection!
