Rose gold and silver Kiss range jewellery purchase
The jewellery from Rachel Galley is just stunning! I saw the Molto Kiss range and decided to buy the pendant, earrings, bracelet, and ring in rose gold. They arrived quickly and in lovely boxes. The quality is really amazing, despite what some reviews say. I'm really picky about my jewellery, but I can't find any faults with these pieces. I loved them so much that I also got the silver Molto Heart pendant, chain, and ring, which were also better than I expected. I do wish the site was easier to use when buying chains with pendants - it's a bit confusing for some people. Hopefully, the out-of-stock items will be back soon because I really want to complete my collection!
Artisan design earrings for sensitive skin
At first, I was a bit hesitant about buying earrings that weren't gold or silver, as I have allergies to other metals. Even a belt buckle can set off a reaction on my skin. Molto Wave Dual Chain bracelet for a friend's birthday
I got the Molto Wave Dual Chain bracelet for my friend's birthday and it was even better than I thought it would be. It looked absolutely amazing on her, so much so that I almost wanted to keep it for myself. Unfortunately, it was out of stock, so I ended up getting the Love Link drop earrings for me. They were just as great - really good quality and the design was lovely. They arrived pretty quickly after I ordered them. I bought a couple of necklaces from this company not long ago, but sadly, only one of them turned up. At first, I was a bit annoyed, but the customer service I got was top-notch. There was a really nice chap who explained why the other necklace was delayed and he even gave me a ring to let me know when it would arrive. I was really impressed with how they kept me in the loop and made sure I was happy with what I bought.
Earrings not arrived
I really wish I had checked out the other reviews before splashing out on these earrings. I placed my order back on the 16th of May and was told they'd arrive in 3-5 working days. But here we are, and still no sign of them! I've tried to get in touch via email and phone, but it's been no help at all. Honestly, I'm so frustrated right now!
Jewelry for sister with skin condition
I bought some jewellery for my sister who has a skin condition, and she really loves it. The quality is great and the prices are very fair. She hasn't had any problems with her skin which is a big relief. When we had a problem with the delivery, the customer service team were really helpful and sorted it out quickly. I received a ring from them with small fake stones that didn't look as nice as in the online photo. It wasn't too pricey, so I decided to give it to a neighbour's child rather than dealing with the hassle of sending it back.
Earrings
Yeah, so I bought these earrings but when I tried to ask a question, they totally ignored me. I've sent them loads of emails but they haven't even bothered to acknowledge me. All they do is keep sending me emails to sell more stuff, but they can't even bother to respond to a simple question! It's really frustrating and I feel like they're just ignoring me.
Necklace purchase
So, I got this necklace from this place, you know? The necklace itself is quite nice, not top quality but not bad either. It's kind of worth it if you make use of all the discounts they offer. But oh my goodness, trying to return something is a nightmare! The paper in the package said the return instructions were on the other side but surprise surprise, there was nothing there! I had to send them an email, and nobody got back to me for ages. I even tried using the chat thing on their website, useless! I was receiving so many spam emails from them but couldn't get any help with my return. It's just really bad, isn't it?
Beautiful item, wrong size
I got the item pretty quickly, and it's really nice, but I picked the wrong size, unfortunately. I've been trying to get in touch with the customer service team about sending it back, but I haven't heard back from them yet. Could anyone confirm if the email on the 'contact us' page is the right one to use for returns? I want to get this sorted before I think about ordering anything else.
Sterling silver bracelet
I bought a lovely sterling silver bracelet from this company not long ago and I'm really pleased with my decision. The workmanship and level of detail are truly outstanding, and the bracelet is even more gorgeous in real life than it appeared in the online photos.
