Missing items in recent order
I'm afraid I got my order from Create and Craft not too long ago, but I was let down to discover that half of my items were missing. I tried calling customer service, but I ended up waiting for thirty minutes and was still 20th in line. Feeling annoyed, I decided to send an email instead. However, the response I got was just an automatic message saying it would take 7-10 days to get a proper reply. This whole situation has left me feeling really disappointed with my experience overall.

Oh my goodness, I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase from this place! It was incredibly shiny and beautiful, I just couldn't take my eyes off it. And can you believe it? Golf club purchase
The actual golf club was really good quality and exactly what I was hoping for, but I was a bit let down by the packaging when it arrived. The box looked like it had been through the wars and was so badly damaged that I was worried a club might have fallen out. Luckily, everything was still inside, but it did dampen the excitement of getting a new club.

Ski trip with all services included
I had an amazing ski trip with your company, everything went smoothly, from the flights to the transfers, and checking in to getting our lift passes. I really appreciated how well organised and efficient your services were. I did have a small issue accidentally cancelling a lift pass, but when I got in touch with customer services they sorted it out quickly and professionally. Even though I didn't need to contact them during our trip, I'm sure the customer service in resort would have been just as good. Overall, I felt like I got great value for money with your company, especially compared to other tour operators or booking independently. I'll definitely be choosing your company for my next ski trip.
