We'd been searching for the perfect sofa for our kitchen for a while, so we decided to check out the furniture store in Leeds. When we got there, a guy called David came over and he was really friendly. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and showed us all the different options they had. Since we've got two young kids, we were interested in the five-year care plan to make sure the sofa would last. David explained everything really well and paid attention to all the little details which made us feel confident in our choice. Ordering was easy and straightforward, so we didn't have any problems with that. Our whole experience at the store was great, and we're definitely going back for more stuff in the future.

Dress order issue
I bought a dress from this shop and wanted to know when it would arrive. I waited for 10 days without any updates, so I reached out to them, only to discover that the dress wasn't even available! I was shocked that they allowed me to order something that was out of stock. They told me it would take 8-10 weeks to get more, which seemed unreasonable. Additionally, I found another dress I really liked, but they refused to honour the discount I had received on the first dress because it had expired. Their service was appalling!
