Sofa for kitchen
We'd been searching for the perfect sofa for our kitchen for a while, so we decided to check out the furniture store in Leeds. When we got there, a guy called David came over and he was really friendly. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and showed us all the different options they had. Since we've got two young kids, we were interested in the five-year care plan to make sure the sofa would last. David explained everything really well and paid attention to all the little details which made us feel confident in our choice. Ordering was easy and straightforward, so we didn't have any problems with that. Our whole experience at the store was great, and we're definitely going back for more stuff in the future.
Counter top stools delivery
I am delighted with my recent purchase of two counter top stools from this shop. I was really pleased with the quick and friendly service from Jamie and Stephen (M’bro) when they delivered the stools. They came on time and were polite and professional the whole time. The stools were already put together, which saved me a load of time and effort. Ian at the Darlington Store had sorted out for them to be taken up to my kitchen, and everything went smoothly. Overall, I am very happy with my visit to this store.
Garden Furniture
I popped down to the shop looking for some garden furniture, but unfortunately they didn't have the specific set I was after. However, the staff were very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. I decided to purchase it anyway and patiently waited 10 days for delivery. When Dave A and Michael H arrived early to set it up, it was a breeze. The service was fantastic and the quality of the furniture was top-notch. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
Furniture purchase
I had a really great experience with the team at Barker and Stonehouse. The staff there were so friendly and quick at getting the job done. They were thoughtful enough to suggest I sit back and relax in another room while they brought in my furniture, and they made sure to tidy up after themselves. They also gave me some good tips on how to take care of the items. I would definitely recommend Barker and Stonehouse to others after the top-notch service I got from them.
Got bedroom furniture
I recently bought some new bedroom furniture and had to rearrange things around in the room. Luckily, Ollie and Craig H were really understanding and helpful. They were super friendly and showed up right on schedule. I'm a huge fan! 😄
Sofa and sideboard
The whole process was great, from ordering right through to delivery! The delivery guys, Peter and Mehmet, were amazing - like real superheroes moving my sofa without any hassle. They even tidied up after themselves, absolute legends. The sideboard I ordered was ready assembled, which was fantastic. I'll definitely be returning for more bits and bobs!
New furniture delivery
I recently got my new furniture delivery and it arrived a bit later than planned, but I have to say, the service was really great. The people at the store were so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I recently bought a sofa and it was such a great experience. The Hoxton marmalade sofa I got was really nice, just like it was described - comfy and stylish. The delivery guys, Paul S and Jake, were amazing. Even though they had to deal with a tight corridor and doorway, they handled it really well. I was impressed with how professional and quick they were. I'm really happy with my new sofa and would definitely suggest this company to others.
'Build' service purchase
I highly recommend the 'build' service! The delivery arrived right on time, and the staff member, Michael, was fantastic. He was really thoughtful, even took off his shoes, and made sure everything was done efficiently. They also cleaned up all the packaging and left everything neat, which really showed their attention to detail and professionalism. I'm really pleased with the amazing service I received.

My recent trip to Barker and Stonehouse was amazing. The customer service from the staff, particularly Lauren, was top-notch. When I had a problem with my purchase, Lauren really went out of her way to help me. She was so friendly and made everything easy and stress-free. This kind of great service is what keeps me coming back to this store, and they definitely have my loyalty. I can't recommend them enough.

Today my corner sofa was delivered by two really helpful and efficient delivery guys. They kept me informed about their arrival time and made sure to set up the sofa exactly how I wanted. Thanks a bunch, guys!
Sofa bed purchase
Raymond over at Knaresborough was absolutely brilliant in helping us pick out the perfect sofa bed and sorting out delivery. He was really informative and friendly the whole time. The delivery team was top-notch too, checking that everything went without a hitch. Beth in after sales quickly sorted out a stain on the sofa after delivery. Overall, we received fantastic service from beginning to end.
New sofa, dining table, bench, and chairs
Oh my gosh, we went to this store to get some new things for our house and we came across this really awesome girl named Molly. She was honestly the best assistant, not at all pushy. We ended up getting a sofa, dining table, bench, and chairs, and we can't wait for them to be delivered!

I bought a sofa from the shop not long ago, and I have to say, Dawn's customer service was absolutely top-notch. When I went in, Dawn gave me a friendly welcome and offered to help. Even though I was just looking around, Dawn took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel hurried or pushed to buy anything.
Dining furniture
I popped out to get a few bits and bobs for my dining room and Mark Danks was the one who helped me out. He was really great, answered all my questions, and gave me a hand with everything. Definitely recommend asking for Mark if you need a hand!

The staff member was really nice and helpful, she let us take our time to look around and decide, which was great because we're really indecisive. We ended up buying something because she was so lovely, didn't we?
Recent furniture delivery
At first I was a bit let down by the customer service, but Lee & T from Blaydon depot really turned things around for me. Their delivery service was spot on - they were on time, polite, and really professional.

I recently bought a new sofa and it's really comfortable. Simon was a great help in finding one that matched our old one and made sure we got a good price. It was a pleasant experience and I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Hanging egg chair and base with cushions
As a new customer, I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service and ordering process when I bought a hanging egg chair with cushions. It came quickly, was well-packaged, and easy to put together. Even though it took about 10 days to arrive, the quality was so good it was worth it.
