Blood test appointment
I popped into the pharmacy today for a blood test appointment and I must say, I was well impressed with the service I got at Dears. There was this lovely staff member, let's just say her name was Danielle, who really went above and beyond to help me out. She took the time to explain everything about the test in great detail, making sure I was completely at ease and understood what was going on. I really felt looked after and now I feel comfortable using Dears Pharmacy for my regular prescriptions. The staff there are so professional and friendly, they've definitely got themselves a new loyal customer in me.

I recently bought an adjustable backdrop stand from Essential Photo and I must say, it totally exceeded my expectations. It's really versatile and strong, giving me great value for money. I was happy to see that it wasn't cheaply made like some others I've come across. On top of that, the customer service at Essential Photo is top-notch. The team there were really helpful and knew their stuff, making the whole shopping experience a breeze.

Treadmill purchase
I recently bought a treadmill from this company and I have to say, it's really top-notch in terms of quality and durability. It's so well-built and works perfectly, which makes my workouts really enjoyable and effective. I did have a few issues with delivery that weren't the company's fault, but their customer service team was fantastic and sorted everything out quickly. It really showed how dedicated they are to making sure their customers are happy.

Silver coffee machine
I was really disappointed when I ordered a silver coffee machine from this store, but when it arrived it was this strange greyish green colour. Can you believe it? Also, the plug looked like it was from Europe or something, and the adapter didn't fit properly at first, but they sent a replacement that did the trick. The customer service was helpful and pretty good, so that's a positive. The coffee machine is working fine now, but I'm still not happy about the mix-up with the colour.

Negative customer service experience
I had a really bad experience with this company. The customer service was terrible, and the staff were completely incompetent. I tried to complain several times, but it was mishandled and I ended up feeling very frustrated. The person dealing with my complaint was evasive and not helpful at all. I had to take the matter to Ofcom in the end. I would recommend that others steer clear of this company and choose a more dependable service provider instead.
