Rejuvenating sofa covers purchase
I recently bought some sofa covers from this company, and I have to say I am really impressed with how good they are. They fit my old sofa perfectly, and the stitching is top-notch, making my tired sofa look brand new. Switching service delay
It took them absolutely ages to switch us over, I mean a whole 12 weeks! We were pretty miffed about it, but then this chap named Arthur really stepped in and sorted it all out for us. The only hitch now is that our service is a bit wonky and we can't seem to reach Arthur for help. We've tried giving him a bell and sending him an email, but no luck getting a response. They keep telling us to look on the website for assistance, but that's not doing much to fix our issue. We're still stuck dealing with the same problem and it's driving us up the wall!

Large dog food order
I just ordered a bunch of dog food from this website. Bit gutted, to be honest, 'cause I had to pay extra for delivery to the Scottish Western Isles, but the delivery times with Yodel were pretty rubbish. On the other hand, when I ordered smaller amounts and got Evri as the delivery partner, the service was much better.

Tennis equipment
I bought some tennis gear from an online shop not long ago. Sadly, I wasn't happy with the whole experience. I thought my order would arrive on time, but it didn't. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, they said the courier couldn't find my address. This was odd because I've received parcels there before without any issues. They then told me they were sending the items back to the warehouse without giving me a chance to have them redelivered. I was really disappointed by the poor communication and lack of a solution.
