    I can't believe the nerve of this company sending out second-hand instruments without even checking them. My electric guitar arrived all scratched and dirty, which is really disrespectful to us paying customers. I saved up for ages to finally buy my dream instrument, only to be greeted with such carelessness and end up losing both my money and my temper. Thomann, you've really disappointed me. Absolutely disgraceful.
