I can't believe the nerve of this company sending out second-hand instruments without even checking them. My electric guitar arrived all scratched and dirty, which is really disrespectful to us paying customers. I saved up for ages to finally buy my dream instrument, only to be greeted with such carelessness and end up losing both my money and my temper. Thomann, you've really disappointed me. Absolutely disgraceful.
Problem with delivery
The delivery for my order got held up because the forwarder had some issues. Luckily, the folks at Thomann were really helpful and got me in touch with the forwarder to sort it all out. They were so lovely and the prices were really good too. Normally, deliveries are pretty fast so I'm chuffed that Thomann is now my top choice for buying music gear!
1/2 Cello
Bought a student cello from them just to know it's made in China. Wouldn't have picked that up if they mention in the description. Even worse, the bridge is a defective. They gave you 3 days to pack and they swear they won't take responsible for any damage during the return. The cello was broken during transportation and they won't refund a pense since it was counted as my fault. They are just trading company gaining difference from products made in China. Our cello tutor suggested a refund not a replacement.
Guitar cases
I've been to this shop twice to get guitar cases, and both times it was really good. They had exactly what I needed, the delivery was quick, and they offer plenty of payment options. If you're looking for a guitar case, I recommend checking out Thomann Music!
