Travel bag with removable laptop case
I finally found the travel bag of my dreams at GATE8! I travel to Europe a few times a year and was on the lookout for a bag that could hold a few days' worth of clothes, along with a separate laptop case that I could easily detach. I really wanted the convenience of using the laptop case as my carry-on for work trips, without having to carry around another suitcase. The Business Mate from Gate8 was exactly what I needed - it's a great combo of a roomy suitcase and a useful laptop case. And I love the extra benefits like access to private lounges at a reasonable price. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase!

Sunglasses purchase
I just bought a pair of sunglasses and I have to admit, the quality is really good for the price. The company is great too, the staff there are professional and really know their stuff. Unfortunately, I had a big problem with the delivery service from a third-party company, so now I'm thinking twice about shopping with them again.

Incorrectly advertised item, refund received
I recently bought something online, and it turned out to be not what it was supposed to be. It was a right pain, but after months of back-and-forth, the company finally gave me a full refund. Sandals for 88th Birthday outing
I needed to get myself a new pair of sandals for my 88th Birthday celebration the next day. So, I popped into the store and spotted a lovely pair displayed on the shelf. I asked one of the young assistants for help with finding the right size, and she was really helpful. She even called over her Senior when it came to paying and packaging. I mentioned that I was still wearing a pair of knee boots that I bought from the store about 8-10 years ago, which just shows how good their products are. The whole transaction was done quickly, and I left the store feeling happy with my purchase.
