    Thoughtful kit, messy returns

    I was tempted to buy these for my daily commute but had doubts about the returns policy. The kit itself is lovely — comfy, tough and I like wearing it on my bike — so those worries faded. Sadly when I returned two unused items they refused a refund, claiming 'smell' and signs of use — their photos don't back it up. They kept the items and asked me to organise collection from Spain, which is unreasonable for someone in Germany. A shame, but I do like the product.

    Finally sorted after a shaky start

    I nearly gave up when the bill doubled with customs and carrier fees — not what I expected. I was sceptical, since other shops hid costs before, but then customer service actually answered, were helpful and explained everything, and offered to cover part of the charges. That was the moment I felt relieved and started enjoying the order. Delivery took a bit longer than promised, but the package arrived in good nick. All in all a better outcome than I feared.

    Commuter kit that did the job, but not for long

    Halfway through a week of daily rides I realised I wasn’t as annoyed as I felt at first. I’d bought the kit because my lower back acts up on longer commutes and I needed something decent after a few bad purchases. The fabric marked and bobbled after a couple of washes, so I contacted support — they shrugged it off as normal wear and offered a tiny voucher. That was poor. Still, the fit helped my posture and made those rides easier while it lasted, so for short-term use I was quietly pleased, even if I won’t buy again.

    Sunny surprise

    Bought these a few weeks ago and at first I was chuffed — they look smart and sit really nicely on my nose, proper comfy and the lenses feel crisp. Took them out of the case one morning and annoyingly one arm popped off, so I emailed Siroko and sent photos. They asked how I cleaned them, I said just water, and then they said that meant no warranty. Bit confusing and a tad disappointing. They did send a tiny €5 code, which barely helps, but overall I do like how they wear.

At a glance they looked fine, but they felt enormous, pads too bulky, fit like a different garment. I tried contacting customer service and got the usual waiting messages — no sensible solution offered, just delays and the feeling they weren't taking it seriously. I sent photos, explained measurements, asked for an exchange; it dragged on and then fizzled out. In the end I used a local shop's shorts instead. Small annoyance, really, but you expect basic responsibility when you pay. A shame, because the price made me give them a go. I was mildly annoyed by it.

    I wasn't sure at first — sizing online always makes me nervous. I had a moment of doubt, because I once ordered from another brand and returns were a nightmare, parcels lost for weeks. Anyway, we bought jerseys and bib shorts and yes, my fault, I sized up. The return got stuck in the Netherlands for nearly three weeks. Tracking went quiet. I messaged the team expecting the usual tumbleweed. They replied quickly, opened an investigation with the courier. After a week with no news I chased again. Next day they said they’d just send the replacements straight away, not waiting for the returned parcel. That honestly surprised me. It’s a small thing but it turned my annoyance into relief. Quality and price are great too, so that customer service move sealed it. Not flawless — delivery hiccup — but overall pleased.

    Broken nosepiece, poor follow-up

    “wear and tear” and here’s a tiny credit — they didn’t even ask to see the glasses in person or request a return so they could check. I pushed back and they stuck to their line. Style and fit were good, I liked them at first, but the customer service left me cold. I’ve decided not to bother buying from them again; just thought other people should know how they handle faults.

    Not ideal, but at least I got a refund in the end

    I wouldn’t trust them for a hassle-free delivery, although they did eventually sort the money out. I ordered on 6 May 2025 (M2 Dirty Road, size L) because the site said it was in stock, so first impression was fine — quick checkout, all seemed normal. A few days later the courier tried to deliver when I wasn’t in. Rather than leave it at a nearby collection point (which would have been sensible), they took it back to the warehouse and I wasn’t told anything. No note, no phone call, nothing. I contacted customer service and that’s where things dragged; replies took 24–48 hours and felt very templated, same phrasing repeated, no real acknowledgement of the mess. After a bit of back-and-forth they said the item was out of stock and offered a refund or re-order. I asked for a full refund to the original payment method (including the wallet balance) and agreed to pay the return label fee just to close it. They did refund me, eventually, but again with no apology and minimal explanation. So, still sceptical — the process was slow and poorly communicated — but at least the money was returned. I probably won’t order again, though if you only care about getting refunded in the end, it’s possible.

    New shorts, mixed feelings

    are you paying for a brand or for quality? I hesitated over the price (about £60) but went for it because they felt comfy straight away and looked smart. Used them for commuting and longer spins. They’re comfy, the pad was fine, and I liked the fit — really did. Then on my fourth proper ride, about 100km, a small hole appeared in the leg and the seam started to come apart, then just tore more. Super annoying, especially mid-ride. It got worse as the kilometres went on. I messaged customer service with photos. Their answer was basically that it’s normal wear and tear and not covered. They offered €10 in wallet credit. I get that no one wants to replace everything, but after only four wears it felt unfair. So my original doubts about durability weren’t eased — they were confirmed. That said, I’m not writing it off completely: they’re comfortable, they perform well when intact, and I enjoyed wearing them. If you want a nice fit and a good feel, they’re worth a try, but be aware: if something goes wrong quickly, don’t expect a lot of help. I’d hesitate to spend the same again without proof of better quality control. Bit of a shame, because otherwise I was quite pleased.

    Snowboarding trousers

    Absolutely terrible in every aspect...all the other bad reviews confirm that their customer service is none existing. Purchased some stuff for my girlfriend as a b'day present using their size guide. After waiting ages for the parcel it finally arrived. Unfortunately had to return and ask for the exchange due to size being to big. Parcel was delivered in 2 days to UK address. Now 2 weeks later and after several emails still not sure what is happening with the exchange... avoid at all cost. Go for Dope or other brands that actually care about the customer

    Cycling gear purchase

    I absolutely love shopping on this website because the prices are incredible! I've picked up plenty of cycling gear and it's always top-notch quality for the amount I paid. Plus, the delivery speed is really impressive - I placed an order on Thursday and it arrived by Friday, all the way from Spain to Ireland! How amazing is that? I honestly think this company is fantastic, and I'll definitely be purchasing more items from them in the future!

    T-shirts and baselayer purchase

    I was a bit unsure about trying out this company at first, since I usually go for pricier brands like Maap and L Passione. But I decided to give them a shot, and I ended up ordering 2 T-shirts and a baselayer. I was really impressed by the quality of the products considering the price. Also, I liked that I could exchange the baselayer for free when it turned out to be too small. It's not often that you find a company that goes above and beyond like Siroko did for me.

    I had a nightmare trying to return something the other day. The customer service team said it was damaged, even though I'd only worn it once, and wouldn't swap it for a different size. On top of that, it cost 7 Euros to return, and they only sent me the label by email 5 days later. It was so annoying and took up so much time.

    Order and Return Process

    I was a bit unsure about buying something because of some bad reviews about the customer service, but in the end, I went ahead and did it. I decided to order two different sizes of the same product with the intention of sending back the one that didn't fit. To my surprise, everything went really smoothly. The delivery to the UK was quick, and when it was time to return the item, it was really easy. I got my refund back promptly too.     Cycling apparel purchase

    I recently bought some cycling gear and I was really disappointed with it. The quality was so bad, the stuff started falling apart after just a few rides. It's a shame because this brand is supposed to be popular, but honestly, their products are just rubbish. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone who wants good, long-lasting cycling gear.     Unsuccessful delivery and difficult return process

    I've had a bit of a rough time with this company recently. The first thing I bought from them was over a year ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a few times, but they haven't been able to sort it out for me. Then, with my second purchase, I tried to send back some stuff that didn't fit, but apparently, I missed the return deadline. It was pretty tough to find on their website, cause the wording was a bit confusing and made me think I had longer than I actually did.

    Ski / Snowboarding Jacket

    I recently bought a ski/snowboarding jacket from this company and I have to say, the quality is really good. The size was perfect and it was comfortable to wear. Although, I was a little bit let down by how long it took for the delivery, over two weeks is a long time.
