    I absolutely love shopping on this website because the prices are incredible! I've picked up plenty of cycling gear and it's always top-notch quality for the amount I paid. Plus, the delivery speed is really impressive - I placed an order on Thursday and it arrived by Friday, all the way from Spain to Ireland! How amazing is that?     T-shirts and baselayer purchase

    I was a bit unsure about trying out this company at first, since I usually go for pricier brands like Maap and L Passione. But I decided to give them a shot, and I ended up ordering 2 T-shirts and a baselayer. I was really impressed by the quality of the products considering the price. Also, I liked that I could exchange the baselayer for free when it turned out to be too small. It's not often that you find a company that goes above and beyond like Siroko did for me.

    I had a nightmare trying to return something the other day. The customer service team said it was damaged, even though I'd only worn it once, and wouldn't swap it for a different size. On top of that, it cost 7 Euros to return, and they only sent me the label by email 5 days later. It was so annoying and took up so much time.

    I was a bit unsure about buying something because of some bad reviews about the customer service, but in the end, I went ahead and did it. I decided to order two different sizes of the same product with the intention of sending back the one that didn't fit. To my surprise, everything went really smoothly. The delivery to the UK was quick, and when it was time to return the item, it was really easy. I got my refund back promptly too.     I've had a bit of a rough time with this company recently. The first thing I bought from them was over a year ago, and it still hasn't arrived.     I recently bought some cycling gear at this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality. I got a couple of jerseys and a pair of bib shorts with the strada + pad, and they were even better than I expected. The material is really good and they fit perfectly. I wore them on a long 6-hour ride and they were super comfy the whole time.

    I recently bought a few cycling jerseys from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. The quality of the fabrics, the designs, and the fit of the jerseys were all top notch. But when they arrived, they were actually too big, particularly in the sleeves and torso.     Shoulder strap bib

    I bought a shoulder strap bib from this shop, and not long after, one of the straps came apart because of the poor stitching. I got in touch with their customer service team and sent them some pictures of the damage, hoping they could help. Sadly, their reply was a letdown. They said that issues like the one I had were not included in the warranty, suggesting that the bib was fine when I got it. It was annoying because I had only got the bib in March and now it's useless.

    I recently bought a couple of cycling jerseys from an online store after watching a YouTuber recommend them. I really liked the simple design of the jerseys. But, I have to say, my experience with the website wasn't great at all. The delivery took way longer than they said it would, and the sizes were smaller than I expected. Even though I ordered an XXL based on their size guide, the jersey was still too tight. The quality of the jerseys was just OK, nothing special, especially considering how much I paid for them. And when I tried to contact their customer service for help, they completely ignored me. I ended up having to block the payment through my bank. The website also had some annoying technical issues, like incorrect discount code messages and they tried to give me refunds in their wallet instead of back to my card. Although they do offer free exchanges for wrong sizes, overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

    I recently bought some BIB shorts from this store and honestly, it was a complete nightmare. It took more than 2 months for the shorts to arrive, and when they finally did, I put them on only to find that the seams were torn in several places. The quality was just awful. When I contacted customer service about it, they were really unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the poor quality. They even said that damages like the ones I had weren't covered by their warranty. It's like they expect their products to fall apart the minute you put them on! I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

    I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago and it was a bit hit and miss, to be honest. I had to send back three things and it took ages, like 15 days, for me to get my money back, which was annoying. On the bright side, the other three items I kept were top-notch quality and I was well chuffed with them. All in all, the products themselves were great but they definitely need to sort out their returns system.
