Easy Ski Holiday
I had an amazing time on my ski holiday with my family! The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed. It was conveniently close to the ski hire shops, restaurants, and all that. The reps were really great too, they gave us our ski passes and it was really straightforward. I definitely want to book again next year, you know.

Hall Tree purchase
I bought a Hall Tree from the website recently and thought it looked great in the photos. But I was pretty gutted when it arrived because the mirror was all cracked and the screws didn't fit the holes like they were supposed to. I tried to get in touch with customer support but couldn't find a support button on the site, so I ended up having to send an email. It's been two weeks now and I still haven't heard back about the damaged item or the wrong screws.
