In Carethy the prices are very good compared to the physical stores. This is the first time I was shopping on this page and I received the order in a very short time. I will buy again, they have acquired one more customer.
This site is a scam and there's almost 428! Reviews saying it is a scam DO NOT GO with site I have reported them to trading standards action fraud and I will be sending it to national press association for exposing people during a pandemic on a health and well being site that is fake please everyone do not be the latest victim of this scamming site
Wish I had read the reviews before sending them £80 + pounds for a hair trimmer taken out of my account can’t find email confirmation mail with order number so can’t even send a claim back how are these thieves allowed to get away with this where are all the watch dog people ?

I purchased x 2 items on 26th of January
A loop handled 28oz black blender bottle and a supplement needs liver stack
Neither of which have arrived with no correspondence from yourselves
If the items are not here within 2 days I shall raise a dispute with my bank whom I have already contacted and advised about yourselves
Please let me know where my items are and if not I want a full refund or this will be escalatedI have ordered hair shit back in January and it said it would arrive on the 28th it’s been in Germany since the 26th I’ve written countless emails no response this is horrible service and untrustworthy I can not get a refund because they claim my product has been shipped it’s been 4 weeks
Biuky by carethy is a big scam please don't purchase from them I repeat, PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM they don't even have a social media account for heaven sake, I feel so dump for not checking additional info on them, I never be complacent again
very bad Company wish I had read reviews will be seeing my Bank and will contact the Fraud centre in my Country wish I had checked out reviews first.

This is a fantastic shop, but the customer service is appalling, and no, they don't seem to be trustworthy, nor do they seem to value their customers. I paid £20 for the privilege of belonging to their Craft Club, with the promise of 20% discount on "special days". Their website was unable to cope with the volume of traffic on this "Special Day" and a lot of patrons missed out on the promised 20% discount. What started over a week ago as a polite request from me to cancel this subscription and a refund as they were unable to honour the promised discount, has now turned into more unfulfilled promises of discounts and an order I wish I hadn't placed. If only the customer service was as good as the merchandise, but I cannot recommend, nor will I be purchasing again.

Cream rayon linen
Always a good choice of reasonably priced fabric but have now experienced the customer service side of the company and they are appalling. They sent 1/2 metre instead of 3 metres. I was asked to send a photo, which I did, no response. Sent a further 2 emails, no response. Called numerous times, no answer. Finally got through and they offered to send the other 2.5 metres of fabric (does anyone here actually sew!), Then said they would not refund or resend until I sent them back the half metre of fabric, which knowing their time scales, could be another month. The man on the phone repeatedly said 'I have apologised' without ever apologising.
I am so cross, I will not order from them again.Ditto, fantastic shop, appalling customer service. After asking for a cancellation and a return of the £20 fee, on account of not being able to access the promised discount, I was told they would honour a 20% for the following week for those not able to make their orders during the weekend. Based on this promise, I placed my order. Suffice to say, nearly a week later and 8 emails sent before I was granted a response, I am still waiting for that 20% discount to be applied to my order. Ditto I will not order from them again, I just wish I'd seen this review before giving them £20 for nothing but agro.
I am contacting you because you deadline for provide me a refund was due to 19/02/2020, counting from the date you confirmed it via e-mail. Nevertheless, you are not reacting to my previous communications. According the directives 2011/83/EU of the European parliament on consumer rights and according the return policy stated in your general conditions of use and contract, you have now entered in a "breach" of contract for having failed to comply with the contractual terms. When do you plan do provide me a reimbursement before you are sued ?
I will be contacting your ombudsman to ensure this is resolved.
