TextMaster software
I was given a task to prepare a proposal for my company and make same available in different language. That was a huge task especially as I was not multilingual. It was something I needed to deliver if I must earn incentives and promotion. How was I supposed to do that when only English was my medium of communication? That was to be difficult challenge but with a software like TextMaster, everything actually went smooth for me. With TextMaster, after preparing the proposal in English, it took me little effort to convert it to other languages. Definitely a good software for many purposes most especially translating. A good software I have stored and will be using always.

Hotel services
I was to attend a course in Bangkok which I never been there before. I had only read about the place. So I had little or no knowledge about the place especially movements. It only meant that if my journey must be packed with nice experiences, then I need to book with competent hotel booking agency. A colleague who went the earlier year suggested I book via IHG. That was because he used the company for his booking the year he went and was satisfied with their services. At that point, I had to choose the services of IHG because I didn't want to leave the kknown good one and possibly end up with the wrong one. I went, got the nice experiences through IHG and came back happy and thankful I heeded to my colleague's advice. Awesome!!!

Motorcycle tyre
I ordered a tyre and paid with PayPal. I received an email saying it had been sent to the supplier, after 4 days I received another email stating that due to courier problems my delivery may take 3 or 4 days longer. I then received a further email saying that they didn’t have my tyre after all and offered me an alternative, which is of no use to me.
Which proves there was no truth in what they said. I do not recommend this company.Review about: Building Materials
Building materials
When building a house, there is tendency mistakes and wrong choices will be made. I knew this before hand because I was part of the building project for a friend who could not afford to be around. Sometimes, since so many sellers and dealers are in the market, it becomes confusing on who to buy from. Some are good while some are bad but there is one company I loved among all due to their sincerity in business. That company name is Building Materials. Right from onset, they were sincere with their products and services which made me fall in love with them. So when I wanted to build my own house, my contractor and I agreed all materials will be bought from Building Materials and that exactly happened. To me, Building Materials sells the best materials and are very sincere in their dealings. It is enough to give them thumbs up and recommendations.

Segato Office Chair
Ordering was standard with no issues, pricing was reasonable. It all fell apart after that. I ordered a chair next day delivery, which failed and when I contacted the company was given a date 2 weeks later which also failed at which point I cancelled the order. They then sent the order out the following day and as I wasn't in my wife accepted it - only 3 weeks late. I had no communication from the company and when Contacted them to say I didn't want the chair it took them 2 weeks to respond saying they were processing a refund which would take 10 working days - the refund didn't happen. Contacting them again they said they couldn't refund until the chair had been picked up (they do answer the phones now after half an hour). They didn't bother to conact me to tell me this. My end result is I have negotiated a 50% discount (waiting to see if it actually goes through this time) to keep the chair. This is due to my working back in my normal environment from next week and I would need to take a day off for the courier as they only do collections Monday to Friday (although they deliver 7 days a week). So 8 emails, 8 contact forms, 38 failed attempts to get in the call queue, 4 successes of which 1 ended after half an hour saying no one was available and try again, 1 to voicemail with no call back as requested, 1 to CS team who promised a manager call back which didn't happen, 1 on hold to get a manager which 'dropped' after an hour waiting and 1 successful one that got through to a manager.
Overall the lack of communication, responses, delays in delivery, sheer intransigence in dealing with the pick up and general performance means I would never use this company again regardless of promises (website says you will be notified of any delays, etc.) due tot he extremely poor service across the board once your order has been placed.Review about: Shaw Academy

18ct gold diamond eternity ring
I bought a 18ct diamond ring for my misses and I paid £1000 for it in a sale,it was purchased on the 23/12/19 and it said online that it could be delivered the next day which was Xmas eve,there were issues with the ordering as the size of the ring was at another shop.goldsmiths had to get the ring collected and delivered to the main location for delivery,so i was told it would take around 3 working days which would be delivered around the Saturday 28/12/19.I had a email on the 27/12/19 to say they have had issues to source the ring from the location and now will take 5 working days,this was a Xmas present but I will be lucky to get it for new year now,I’m not happy with this situation and was thinking about buying expensive watches but after this experience I might not bother and go to another store.i must say though the the shop assistant was very nice and helpful when ordering the ring but the delivery service is not very good.

In Carethy the prices are very good compared to the physical stores. This is the first time I was shopping on this page and I received the order in a very short time. I will buy again, they have acquired one more customer.
I am contacting you because you deadline for provide me a refund was due to 19/02/2020, counting from the date you confirmed it via e-mail. Nevertheless, you are not reacting to my previous communications. According the directives 2011/83/EU of the European parliament on consumer rights and according the return policy stated in your general conditions of use and contract, you have now entered in a "breach" of contract for having failed to comply with the contractual terms. When do you plan do provide me a reimbursement before you are sued ?
I will be contacting your ombudsman to ensure this is resolved.This site is a scam and there's almost 428! Reviews saying it is a scam DO NOT GO with site I have reported them to trading standards action fraud and I will be sending it to national press association for exposing people during a pandemic on a health and well being site that is fake please everyone do not be the latest victim of this scamming site
Wish I had read the reviews before sending them £80 + pounds for a hair trimmer taken out of my account can’t find email confirmation mail with order number so can’t even send a claim back how are these thieves allowed to get away with this where are all the watch dog people ?

A loop handled 28oz black blender bottle and a supplement needs liver stack
Neither of which have arrived with no correspondence from yourselves
If the items are not here within 2 days I shall raise a dispute with my bank whom I have already contacted and advised about yourselves
