I ordered a top from this company website, paying for next day delivery which never came on time, it actually took 3 working days to arrive. I wrote an email to complain about this as it doesn’t look fair to pay for a service that you don’t receive. I never got an answer back from them which it’s not very professional at all, at least you should reply to your customers. So I can say that the customer service was awful as well as the service. They could not deliver my item on time, charged me for it and ignored me after I complained about it.

I love the materials but don't like the pops of promotional advertisement from Shaw. I like how the resources can be reviewed at anytime and how they hold you accountable to attend class although its pre-recorded.

Klarstein Heracles 3G w2 1500
Compré la batidora Klarstein Heracles 3G w2 1500 con garantía de 2 años. Después de haber la utilizado 1 año el motor se quemó y me la cambiaron. Después se volvió a quemar, pero esta vez fue después de los dos años de garantía y evidentemente no entraba. Les pregunté si podría reparar la máquina y me dijeron que me comprar otra nueva.
Estoy muy decepcionada porque se ve claramente que la calidad de la batidora no es buena y al cabo de los 2 años se quema el motor y la tienes que tirar. Y además me parece increíble que no tienen un servicio técnico con la posibilidad de mirar y reparar la máquina.
No recomiendo para anda esta marca si estáis buscando una batidora que os dure tiempo y que necesite mucha potencia.
Cristina, I had the exact same. Pathetic service and attitude. I paid for next day delivery on 28th June and now 7th July still no sign. All they say is wait 7ntik the 10th July!
