Review about: Bax Music
Piano bench
I ordered an item which clearly stated it was in stock online. I received confirmation of the order, and another email confirming payment received. On the day of the delivery (for which I had paid £5.95) I received an email saying that stock was not available and it would be 7 weeks approximately till they would have stock.
I called them up and was told that they were waiting for stock from the supplier but they had delayed it so there was no stock. Whilst that isn’t Bax’s mistake, why falsely claim you have stock on both the website and in an email, and why take money from a customer when you are still waiting on stock? Surely, any reasonable business would charge the customer once the stock was ready to be despatched. Furthermore, why notify me of no stock on the day delivery was due?! Surely they knew there was no stock coming the day before delivery was due? I now have to wait 7-10 days for a refund.
Had I known Bax were this incompetent, I would have ordered from Amazon or Gear4music… so much for supporting small businesses!Review about: SSENSE
Bucket hat
I ordered a bucket hat from them on 22nd June. Delivery wasn't attempted. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. Their customer service is obstructive and downright poor.

Package holiday
Worst travel company I have ever come across... I have had a very dark and depressing few years, with a lot of family stresses including health being a real negative factor. With my mum. Fighting cancer, going through chemo and my dad battling diabetes, having both his legs chopped off. I booked a holiday in April with love holidays and in August they went and cancelled the whole holiday. I contacted them and said why did you do this? They said they are sorry and that I should use the website and book it again?? I went online and I saw the holiday but it was £1200 more expensive and the luxury swim up room was no longer available. I had booked individually with my 5 of my friends and I was the instigater for the holiday but I got done bad. They said they can not do anything else for me. Not even offer me a discount. But then could book me a standard room in the hotel at a more expensive rate than I paid for the swim up.
I explained my concerns above and how the holiday is needed for my mental well being and it was ignored. I am gutted I have booked multiple holidays with them. I would never use them again even if I had to. I would not recommend them to anyone. Now I know that sometimes it's the individual who ruins a companies reputation but in this case its a collective experience from multiple agents that has ruined my whole year and sent me back to my dark days.... I Hope they use this particular experience and better them selves. Its not nice feeling the way I am because of a company that's supposed to make you love holidays!Review about: Autodoc
