Prom dress
I got this dress for prom and it was really pretty, but the delivery was a bit of a disaster. I sent loads of emails but didn't hear back until I messaged them on Instagram. This lady called Ulrika was amazing, she helped me so much. She sorted everything out and made sure I got my dress in time. She definitely deserves all the praise!

What a frustrating experience! I made a quick purchase but haven't heard anything back from anyone. I tried sending them an email, but didn't get a response. The online chat was no help at all, and the customer service rep I spoke to was really rude. It's so disappointing to get such bad service after buying something.
