Late Christmas present
So I ordered this really cool present for Christmas ages ago (well, actually only 4 weeks but it felt like forever) and it finally arrived yesterday! Can you believe it? Christmas feels like a distant memory now! I was super pumped to give it to someone special but honestly, I can't even remember who that was anymore. I definitely won't be ordering from this place again, that's for sure!

I recently bought something from this company, but I've had a really bad experience. Although ordering was okay, the delivery and service were really poor. It's almost been a month since I made my order, and I still haven't got my stuff. I've tried calling and emailing customer service many times, but I haven't heard anything back or got my issue sorted. This kind of customer service is not good enough and has made me very frustrated and unhappy.

Delayed order
I thought Equus was a good place to shop, but I've been pretty let down by them recently. I made an order a few weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up, even though they've given me loads of excuses and promises. When I decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund, they couldn't even stick to their own deadline for refunds. Now, I'm having to argue with my bank about the charge because Equus haven't sorted anything out. It's a shame that a company I used to have faith in has disappointed me so much.
