Guitar lesson subscription
I found it really easy to sign up for the guitar lesson subscription and I thought the price was fair. I liked being able to go through the lessons in my own time, which helped me take in all the information properly. The tools and features they offered were really helpful, and I particularly enjoyed getting to learn from my favourite guitarist and songwriter. I would definitely recommend this subscription to anyone wanting to improve their skills, it could even make a great gift for someone who loves playing. The only thing that would make it better for me is if they had an option to print out the music and lyrics, because my eyesight isn't what it used to be. Overall, I'm really enjoying the subscription and I can see definite progress in my abilities.

Got a cool ring
The folks at the shop were lovely and really helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I ended up with exactly what I was looking for. When my ring turned up, it was absolutely beautiful and came in a lovely little box. It arrived exactly when they said it would, which was fantastic. A big thank you to everyone there.

Insured my cat after it got sick
My cat was poorly, so I had to put in a claim. The person on the phone was really helpful and sorted out all the boring paperwork. The customer service was fantastic, couldn't have asked for better. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs pet insurance.

Damaged and open items received
The items I got were all messed up and the package had already been opened, which really got to me. It totally spoiled my birthday and I decided to get in touch with customer service to ask for a refund or a replacement. At first, no one got back to me, but eventually I got an email asking why I had left a bad review. I asked to send back the items and get my money back, but have heard nothing since May 3rd. Now I'm thinking of getting in touch with my credit card company to get my money back. Also, I noticed that my review didn't even get published on Trust Pilot, so no one else can see how bad my experience was with this company.
