I sent my phone off to this place and everything seemed fine with their condition report and video service. But then we had a bit of an issue when it came to the valuation. It felt like they were trying to underpay me! Thankfully, I was able to sort it out after talking to their customer service representative.

Faulty boots
I was really pleased with the shoes I bought from this store previously, but this time I purchased some boots that ended up breaking after just two wears. I attempted to get a refund, but they insisted that I had to send back the boots, and the only way they would accept the return is if I used a courier service that I couldn't access. I thought that they were supposed to cover the return costs if the item was faulty, but they kept repeating that they were doing me a favour by extending the returns deadline. It's not my fault that the boots broke, so why should I have to foot the bill to send them back?
