I bought two pairs of shoes from this store recently and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with my whole experience. Shoes in wrong size
I bought some shoes from this shop not long ago, but they turned out to be the wrong size. This caused a bit of a headache when I wanted to return them because their customer service was less than helpful. I couldn't find an email to get in touch with them, and the order number needed for returns didn't seem to work on their website. I also couldn't find a phone number to call for help. It was quite a struggle trying to sort out the return without any proper guidance or support.

Jazzy brogues and boots
I came across this website randomly and thought I'd treat my wife to a stylish pair of brogues for her birthday party. She absolutely loved them and they were a big hit at the event. Shoes with responsive customer service
I bought some shoes from that shop not long ago and I was well chuffed with the quality. But there was a bit of a problem - the free postage that was supposed to be included didn't automatically show up when I was checking out. Even so, the customer service lot were dead quick to sort it out for me, which I was grateful for. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and the service I got.

I bought some new shoes from Shoe Embassy the other day and I have to say, the customer service was amazing. The staff were really helpful and answered all of my questions, they even helped me pick out the perfect pair. Even though I haven't got my shoes yet, I'm pretty sure the whole experience will be great based on the service I've already received.

Leather Boots
I bought some leather boots from Shoe Embassy not too long ago and was happy with how nice they looked. But, when I started wearing them, I heard this annoying squeaking noise. So, I got in touch with Shoe Embassy to complain about it, but I was really let down by their customer service. Even though I explained everything and showed them proof of the issue, all they said was to wear the boots in and that they couldn't help me because it had been 7 months since I bought them. That response wasn't what I wanted to hear and it made me feel annoyed and like they didn't care about my problem.
Boot Purchase
Recently, I bought a pair of boots from a store in Greenwich. When I checked them a few months later, I found some defects. Even though I hadn't worn them, there were lumps inside one boot, making it unwearable. I contacted customer service via email since there was no phone number, and all responses were signed off as 'Embassy London' with no individual name. After around 10 emails, customer service said they would only help if I went to trading standards because I bought the boots over 6 months ago. I tried to explain the issues were from manufacturing, not wear and tear, but they wouldn't listen. I had no choice but to involve trading standards. This situation disappointed me with the product quality and customer service. In the future, I'll shop at a more reputable shoe store like Russell and Bromley.
Ankle boots and shoes purchase
I bought some shoes and ankle boots from that store last year. One of the ankle boots went funky after only a few wears – the zip broke. So, I got in touch with customer service to see if they could fix it or swap it for me. Unfortunately, they weren't very helpful. They said because it had been a while since I bought them, they couldn't do anything under their 6-month guarantee. Even though I pointed out that I hadn't really worn them much, they wouldn't change their minds. It seems like this company isn't too bothered about keeping customers happy or loyal.
Beautiful and comfortable shoes
These shoes are absolutely spot on, not too tight like lots of other brands. The quality and designs are top-notch. The delivery was super quick and returning them was a breeze. Couldn't fault the service at all.
Ankle boots
The ankle boots I bought were just what I wanted - super stylish, real comfy, and proper well-made! Although, I thought some of the staff were a bit too eager to get me to buy extra stuff. Still, I was happy with how things went down at the shop.
Faulty boots
I was really pleased with the shoes I bought from this store previously, but this time I purchased some boots that ended up breaking after just two wears. I attempted to get a refund, but they insisted that I had to send back the boots, and the only way they would accept the return is if I used a courier service that I couldn't access. I thought that they were supposed to cover the return costs if the item was faulty, but they kept repeating that they were doing me a favour by extending the returns deadline. It's not my fault that the boots broke, so why should I have to foot the bill to send them back?
Hatter Shoes
Negative. Returned shoes but they said I had returned them to wrong place. How could I? I followed the instructions on the delivery slip. Company insists they don't have them despite me having proof of return. Everyone be careful with this company. Very poor customer service and I am still very much out of pocket. Extreme caution required when considering buying.
Red Brogues
Lovely quality shoe, gorgeous colour, reasonable price. Arrived in 2 days and fit true to size. Already have red boots, Mamacita, and love them. I've had loads of compliments when wearing them,and even been stopped in the street by complete strangers.
