    I recently bought some professional kitchen equipment from this company and I was really impressed with the quality. Everything arrived in perfect condition which was a relief. Overall, my experience with the company was great. Just a heads up though, delivery might take a bit longer than you'd expect, especially if your items are coming from certain countries. In my situation, the equipment was being shipped from Poland and it took around two weeks to get to me. It was alright for me, but I did hope for a quicker delivery at first. Just something to keep in mind, external things like geopolitical problems can also cause delays in shipping.

They just weren't responding to me at first and said I couldn't make any changes. But after a few tries, they did agree to send it to the new address. It made me worry about dealing with their customer service in the future if there were any problems with the product.

    Well, yeah, they did deliver the package quickly. But can you believe they didn't even seal the box with tape? How am I meant to trust that my industrial equipment is safe if they can't even seal a box properly? It's like they want things to go missing or get damaged during shipping. Pretty disappointing, to be honest. Though I guess I should acknowledge that they did make sure everything was in the box. That's pretty standard, not exactly deserving of a pat on the back. Overall, not very impressed with their service.

    I'm feeling let down by the service I've been getting from the company. I put in my second order a couple of weeks back and still haven't got it. I've tried getting in touch to ask about what's happening with my order, but I haven't heard anything back from them. It's really annoying as a customer to be left in the dark like this. I'd expect a company like this to have better customer service and be more efficient.

    I bought some stuff for my business from Expondo not too long ago - an Ice-Roll machine and a Slush Ice machine. The Ice-Roll machine was great, but the Slush Ice one arrived with a fault. Even though I got in touch with customer service straight away, I was let down when they couldn't speed up the replacement process. So, I had to buy a new one from a different seller who delivered it super quickly. I must say, I was a bit worried about Expondo's slow problem-solving and customer service when things were urgent.

    Issue with separate delivery address

    I had a problem with my order from Expondo when my separate delivery address got deleted and the delivery was set for the billing address by mistake. Even after talking to customer service, they couldn't fix it, which was really annoying. I think Expondo should double-check the separate delivery address feature on their website to avoid this happening again. It would also be helpful to have a process in place for correcting delivery addresses before sending the order out. Thanks for looking into this.
