Late BBQ delivery
I got an email asking me to review a product I ordered on the 2nd, but it still hasn't turned up. It was meant to get here this morning and I'm really hoping there won't be any problems when it does eventually arrive. It's not been great so far, waiting around for something that was supposed to come quickly. I know delays can occur, but I would have liked to have been kept in the loop about it being late.

Missed ferry due to lack of information
I booked a ferry using your service not long ago, and sadly, I ended up missing the ferry because I wasn't informed about a change in time. This meant I had to spend more than £200 on extra accommodation. I tried contacting Direct Ferries for help, but they refused to own up to their mistake. This has left me feeling really annoyed and with less money in my pocket.
