    I recently bought the Triton Stainless Steel 4+1 BBQ to replace my old one. The Black Friday deal had a really good price which made it even more worth it. The delivery was well arranged, with a call from the delivery company to set the delivery day. Putting it together took a couple of hours, but wasn't too difficult. The improvements from the old model were really good, like the battery ignition and LED knobs. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet because of the December weather, but I'm happy with my purchase.

    Bottom grate replacement for Komodo bbq

    I lost the bottom grate for my barbecue and couldn't find a replacement in any local shops. So, I decided to email the company directly. They got back to me quickly and kept me updated on getting the part. They managed to find the replacement grate and even sent it to me without charging extra. I was really impressed with how they took care of everything and how efficient they were. Their customer service was excellent.

    Charcoal grill purchase

    The charcoal grill I bought had a few problems, starting from when it arrived in the post. The box it came in looked pretty sorry for itself, even though nothing inside was damaged luckily. Putting the grill together was a bit of a faff, as I had to drill a new hole in one of the sides because it didn't line up properly. It would've been nice if some of the holes were a bit more forgiving in shape to make it easier to adjust. The drip tray is a bit flimsy and might be a pain to clean, which is a bit annoying. But overall, the grill ended up being put together fine and works as it should.

    The Triton Flexx 3.1 BBQ is absolutely brilliant and I'm really happy with my purchase. It's not only good value for money, but it also cooks food really evenly and keeps the heat well. I had a few small problems after I ordered it, but the sales team in the store sorted them out quickly and professionally. Their customer service was excellent, I'd give it 5 stars. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and I wouldn't think twice about buying from this company again in the future.

    BBQ equipment purchase

    I recently bought some BBQ gear and I have to say, I'm really impressed with both the stuff itself and the service I got. The things I got not only look fantastic, they also work really well. However, I did run into a small problem with a couple of parts, but the customer service team dealt with it quickly and efficiently. It was great to actually talk to a real person who managed to sort out the issue straight away.     Late BBQ delivery

    I got an email asking me to review a product I ordered on the 2nd, but it still hasn't turned up. It was meant to get here this morning and I'm really hoping there won't be any problems when it does eventually arrive. It's not been great so far, waiting around for something that was supposed to come quickly. I know delays can occur, but I would have liked to have been kept in the loop about it being late.

    I got the Rexon 3.1 BBQ and I'm proper chuffed with it. Putting it together was a doddle and the instruction manual was dead useful. The quality is spot on and I gave it a whirl for the first time today. It was fab!

    I'm really annoyed with this company. I ordered a new grill but it still hasn't turned up. The delivery company they used is useless.     Fire Pit

    I really love the fire pit I bought! The design and colour are amazing, giving a stylish touch to my outdoor space. It was surprisingly easy to put together, and the quality is much better than other fire pits I've had in the past, especially for the price.

    I also got the recommended cover, which is really good quality and fits perfectly, giving extra protection for my new purchase. The delivery process was so easy - I could pick a convenient day and got regular updates from the delivery driver. Now, rain or shine, I'm all ready to enjoy my new fire pit this weekend!

    BBQ lid damaged

    The lid on my new BBQ came all messed up and Landmann isn't being helpful at all! I've sent them loads of emails asking when they'll replace it, and all I keep getting is promises that they'll sort it out, but nothing is actually getting done! It's really frustrating because all I want to do is grill some burgers and have a nice BBQ party, but the lid is ruined. And get this - there's no phone number for me to call and speak to someone directly to fix the problem! Like, what am I supposed to do, just keep emailing endlessly and hope for a reply someday? It's incredibly annoying and I definitely won't be making any purchases from them again.

    Triton Flex 3 BBQ and accessories

    I recently got myself the Triton Flex 3 BBQ and a few extras. The delivery was quick, and the delivery team went above and beyond, bringing everything up the stairs to my door. It took me around 90 minutes to put the BBQ together, and it seems really well-made. I'm impressed by how strong and durable it looks, and I reckon it will last a good while.
    When it comes to cooking, this BBQ is brilliant - the cast iron grills give the food a lovely charred flavour, just like a proper charcoal BBQ. The heat control is spot on, although I did notice some differences in temperature across the grill. The cooking area is big enough for a decent amount of food, perfect for cooking for a big group.

    N8Werk rice cooker and stand mixer

    The N8Werk rice cooker and stand mixer are absolutely amazing - they work like a dream! But, let me tell you, the delivery I received was a bit of a disaster. Only one of the products actually turned up, so I had to deal with the headache of contacting Landmann to try and sort it out. Turns out, the missing packet got sent back to the sender for who knows what reason! After a few days of waiting anxiously, the second item eventually showed up.

    The delivery was such a let down for me. The website said it would be 3 to 5 days, but it actually took a whole 2 weeks for the BBQ to turn up. I had to keep on at Landmann because I had heard nothing about my order. The delivery was done by ArrowXL, who turned up almost 2 hours after the time they originally said. And on top of that, the box was a bit damaged when it got here. But, the BBQ itself was definitely worth it. It was easy to put together and seems to be really good quality. I'm excited to use it as soon as the weather gets better.

    Barbecue purchase with damaged parts

    Faulty BBQ hood

    I'm afraid my new BBQ from this company has been a real headache. When it arrived, the hood was faulty. They said they'd send a replacement in 6 weeks, but I've had no progress on that front so far. On top of that, they've gone quiet on me - emails bouncing back, no response. It's so disappointing not to have any customer service to speak of, especially after spending so much time and money on this.
