Clothing purchase with varying sizes
The size charts and product descriptions on the website are really detailed and useful for making sure you get the right fit for each item. The prices are fair and I've managed to find some essential pieces that I just love. The discounts they do are a nice little extra treat and they make shopping even more fun. In general, it's a fantastic website for women's clothing.

Cool shop, but not so cool online
I popped into this shop the other day and it was actually really nice. The atmosphere was great, they had some unique things, and it just felt different from your usual shops. They also had some cool events going on, which was pretty exciting! But then I decided to order something online and it wasn't as good. The descriptions of the products were incorrect, the shipping fees were quite pricey, and I had to fork out for returns. And to top it off, the promotional codes weren't even working! Total bummer, man.

Battery order gone wrong
I ordered a battery from here, yeah? And get this, it never even arrived! Can you believe that? They claimed it was returned to the depot, but didn't bother leaving me a note or anything. What's up with that? So, when I phoned customer service, they assured me it would be delivered the following day, which was a Saturday. However, I later discovered from the delivery company that it was actually returned to the depot. I'm pretty peeved, to be honest. I won't be shopping here again and I won't be recommending it to my mates. It's just not on.

Two tickets for Chelsea Everton match as a Christmas gift
I treated my son to two tickets for the Chelsea Everton match as a Christmas present. I know it cost a lot, but it was totally worth it. We were in the lower tier, 5th row, with two seats together - he absolutely loved it. Buying tickets like that can be stressful, but Wow Tickets did a great job keeping us informed. We got our tickets 3 days before the match (because it got postponed), otherwise it would've been same-day delivery. The instructions were easy to follow, and we had no problems getting in. It felt like being part of a secret group, but honestly, nobody seemed to mind.

Furniture set
The delivery was fast, but the box and screws for the accessories were damaged and some pieces were missing. The customer service team was really quick in sending replacement screws. It did take a while to assemble everything, but I'm happy with how it all turned out in the end.

I ordered 6 office chairs that we really needed for the office in a hurry. Got emails saying they were dispatched, but turns out they were never actually in stock. Communication was terrible and we were left scrambling to find chairs at the last minute.
