    T-shirts and hoodie

    I was really disappointed with the T-shirts I bought. One of them started getting holes after only 2 months of wearing it, and the print on the back of another one began peeling off after just 3 weeks. On the bright side, the hoodie I got was much better quality.

    I just made an order online and had a really good experience with the customer service team. Unfortunately, one of the items I got was wrong, but Tjalien from customer service was a massive help and sorted it out quickly. They replied fast, took the lead in finding a fix, and were super friendly the whole time. I was really impressed with how much they knew and how willing they were to help, which made the whole thing easy and hassle-free.

    Placed an order, received a refund email after two working days

    I placed an order with this company and waited two working days for it. Then, I got an email saying my order had been refunded. I was let down by the lack of communication about any issues with my order. I was also annoyed that I had to pay upfront, only to wait at least 10 working days to get my money back. Plus, the shipping costs were way too high. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this company again.

    Cool shop, but not so cool online

    I popped into this shop the other day and it was actually really nice. The atmosphere was great, they had some unique things, and it just felt different from your usual shops. They also had some cool events going on, which was pretty exciting! But then I decided to order something online and it wasn't as good. The descriptions of the products were incorrect, the shipping fees were quite pricey, and I had to fork out for returns. And to top it off, the promotional codes weren't even working! Total bummer, man.

    High shipping and return costs

    I wasn't happy with my experience at that shop. They charged me a lot for shipping and returns, and I was annoyed that they didn't give me a full refund when I sent back everything I bought. That's against the rules, so I had to keep emailing them until they finally gave me my money back. It wasn't a nice time being a customer there, that's for sure.

    online order for embroidery shopper and new strap

    I went to the shop on the 24th of April to collect my online order, which included an embroidery shopper. I also bought a new strap while I was there. When I got home 2.5 hours later and tried to attach the new strap to one of my four bags, it immediately broke. On closer inspection, I noticed that the hooks on the new strap were different from the old ones - they were smaller and thinner. Stick to the old design, I say. I returned to the store on the 23rd of April and was told that all straps had been discontinued. I had to buy another embroidery shopper because the previous one was poorly made with loose threads. Unfortunately, the hook on this new bag also broke on the 25th of May. Communication through emails and customer service was confusing, and it seemed like they didn't quite get the situation, even over the phone. Dealing with two bags and a strap has been a nightmare. To make matters worse, I couldn't get a refund for my purchases in-store, only for online purchases. I had to choose between a replacement item or a store credit, which wasn't clearly explained at the checkout. It's ridiculous that getting a refund is deliberately tricky for customers, and only online purchases are reimbursed.

    Overpriced and pretentious service

    I had a rather unpleasant encounter with the staff at this place recently, and I must say, it was far from nice. They all seemed to act a bit too arrogant for my liking, and whenever I needed help, their responses were far from friendly. It was as if they believed they were superior to everyone else, which really didn't sit well with me. In particular, I had dealings with a young man with light skin and a woman at the reception desk, both of whom were extremely rude and not at all helpful. I was expecting top-notch customer service from a supposedly fancy location, but it seems I was mistaken.

    Online order during sale period

    I was all set to put in a pretty big order online, looking forward to getting free shipping since my order was over a certain amount. You can imagine how shocked I was when I saw they'd tacked on shipping charges to my total. Feeling puzzled, I decided to give the store a ring and they told me that during the sale, they still charge for shipping, regardless of whether the items are on sale or not. I couldn't find this info anywhere on their website, and I reckon that's just not on, it's really unprofessional.

    I recently bought something from this company, and I must say I'm really disappointed with their customer service and how they delivered my order. The product itself is spot on and just what I wanted, but the problem came when I got someone else's order slip with their private details on it. That means my info could be with someone else now, which is a massive breach of privacy. I've tried contacting customer service twice about this, but I've not heard anything back. It's really frustrating and worrying that private information is being sent to the wrong people. This needs to be sorted out right away.

    Faulty sweaters, excellent service

    I recently bought two jumpers for my sons, and I was really disappointed because the logos on them were wrong. I sent a picture of the problem and they quickly sorted it out by collecting the jumpers for return and sending me new ones straight away. The customer service was brilliant, and I am seriously impressed with how well they dealt with the situation.

    My daughter, who's 14, went to Amsterdam to buy a four pack. She was a bit disappointed because of a small issue, but when I emailed the company, they responded in a very friendly and helpful way. I'm really happy with how they helped us out.

    I popped into the store a couple of times and the staff were really lovely to me on both occasions. They went out of their way to assist me with an issue I was having and passed it on to the manager. The next day, I received a response with a fantastic solution. This store is great for high-quality children's clothing!

    I had a bit of a problem with my order because the delivery service sent back my sweater by mistake. So, I got in touch with the company in Amsterdam and I was really pleased with how nice and helpful the customer service team was. They quickly sent the sweater again, and the lady I spoke to was so friendly and made sure everything was sorted out just right.

    I went all the way to Amsterdam to buy clothes for my kids, but it was a bit of a letdown. We weren't allowed to browse the adult section, so we had to make do with kid's clothes. The bags that came with the clothes were a major disappointment for my 13 and 16-year-olds. The service at the kids' store was unfriendly and unhelpful. The staff at the adult section were much nicer, but they couldn't help us exchange the bags. After driving 200 km and spending €400, we still didn't manage to get what we wanted.

    Misleading product description

    I'm really let down by FOUR Amsterdam. I bought a bag from them and it turned out the compartments don't match what they showed on their website. I thought I'd get a big compartment with a zip, but what I got was nothing like it. It feels like FOUR Amsterdam misled me - saying one thing and delivering something entirely different. The price I paid was way too much, and on top of that, the shipping costs were ridiculously high. I had higher hopes for FOUR Amsterdam, but sadly, they didn't live up to them.

    Life changing shopping experience with FOUR Amsterdam

    People are always amazed to hear that my clothes, my dresses, jewelry, sunglasses, and almost everything I use on myself comes from one place which is FOUR Amsterdam. This is because in the past, I have been wearing all kinds of shabby dresses which I was already fed up of. But over time, I Developed the taste for the best, snazzy and top-notch clothes. It was my close friend who told me about FOUR Amsterdam and since then I buy all I need from them. They have a system that favours both old and new buyers. I would give them a 5 star cos they always sell the best .
