I wasn't convinced after reading a handful of moaning reviews, but the instant I tried a blouse on and did that tiny shoulder nip I knew it would work. At first I grumbled — online sizing varies, I'm used to it — but the fabric felt proper and the seams held. That little alteration made it comfortable enough to reach for, and that was the moment I stopped worrying. I've had cheaper brands fall apart or take ages to arrive, so their decent quality and prompt delivery pleasantly surprised me.
Delivered, return was a problem
The parcel turned up on time, which I appreciated, but everything after delivery was a mess. Tried to return most items — submit button on the site just wouldn't work, kept trying, kept refreshing. Online chat said they'd sort the return and email a label; no email arrived. When I chased them again they suggested I call a technician and pay for it myself. I won't be doing that. Bit annoying, really. If you're buying, double-check returns process first, or be ready for hassle.
Almost gave up, then surprise
Was half expecting carrier pigeons when I started the return saga. I’d read others with the same problem, so I wasn’t shocked to get an approval and then nothing. Sent the return request twice. Tried and tried to find a phone number or return address — felt like I was hunting a treasure map. The dress was far too sheer to wear, basically useless to me. Then, oddly enough, they got in touch after my complaint and sent a return slip. That follow-up was a nice surprise. Other firms were quicker, but fair play to them for fixing it.
Black shorts, black hands
I bought these black shorts because I needed something comfy for a holiday — my old pair split during a hectic flat move, plus my bad lower back means comfy clothing is a must. At first they looked fine, slipped them on and immediately my hands and knees were streaked with black dye. A proper mess, bits of fabric dust coming off. Rinsed them in cold water and the water stayed inky; when I lifted them out they just started tearing like wet tissue, loads of little holes. Not what I expected, honestly. Works for one pottering-about day maybe, but unstable and messy.
Holiday wardrobe misadventure
So there I was, suitcase half-packed and already imagining sunburn and a nice dress for dinner, when the order still hadn't arrived — that nagging doubt I'd had at checkout suddenly felt very real. I’d ordered because I needed a few decent pieces for the holiday; last time their stuff was fine, so I thought, why not. Bit disappointed, a shame really, I might’ve ordered smarter or waited next time.
Recent tops purchase
I've been a customer here for quite some time now, and I've always loved the variety of tops on offer. However, lately I've been finding it harder to find tops that really match what I'm looking for. I'm very fussy when it comes to colours, patterns, designs, graphics, and especially lengths. I've been asking the company for a while now to include the length of every top, as it's a big deal for me when deciding to buy something. If I'm not sure about the length, I usually end up not buying it. This is especially important when it comes to plus-size tops, as a shorter length can make me look boxy and unflattering.

The clothes I got were all sent from Canada, but I was charged in US dollars, which was a complete rip-off. The material of the clothes was super thin, the fit was strange, and nothing looked like the pictures on the website. Now I'm finding it hard to figure out how to send them back because there's no proper return address or a phone number that works to reach Noracora. You should be careful with this company, they're definitely not deserving of your money!
Mistake in order - item #9414189 in two sizes
I'm a bit of an oldie, and I made a mistake when I ordered the same thing in both medium and large sizes. I had a tough time trying to chat with customer service and couldn't find a phone number to call for help. It would be great if they made it easier for folks like me, who aren't that great with technology, to get in touch.

I have to say, I was really pleased with the amazing customer service I got from this company. Even though 2 out of 3 items I wanted were out of stock, the team really pulled out all the stops to get my order to me quickly. They kept me updated on my order status and gave me different choices to make sure everything went smoothly.
Two white sweaters in one order
Trying to get rid of duplicate items from my order is such a pain. It's happened to me so many times and it's really annoying. I ordered one white sweater, but somehow I got sent two. I don't want two of the same thing, so now I have to go through the hassle of sending one back. And to make matters worse, I had to get my husband to help out so we could qualify for free shipping. Dealing with all these problems is just such a headache.
Sizing information and pricing positive
I really like how they've included clear sizing info like S(6-8), it definitely helps when shopping online. The prices are pretty good too, not too expensive. But I do wish they had more choices to pick from, it would make shopping even better.
