Don't bother, your order won't arrive and they will not respond to contact.
I placed an order on 21st August - everything was marked as in stock and able to dispatch within 24 hours, and the website says once dispatched will be delivered within 8-10 days.
I contacted them on 16th September to cancel as it had NOT YET BEEN DISPATCHED. I've since found out they ship from China which explains the long ship time. Three days later, they apologised and offered to add some freebies for me to keep the order, which I declined as I wanted the items for a specific event and they would not arrive in time now. A few hours later I got an email that it had been dispatched, but didn't hear from the customer service again.
I contacted again on 7/10, 17/10 and 25/10 asking for updates with zero response. When I click the tracking link, it says "we're expecting your parcel at Evri" and has said that for 5 weeks now. It's been 9 weeks since my order was placed.
Hilariously bad service. I'm posting here in the hopes they will finally give me my money back before I start a chargeback with my bank.Review about: EmailFlights
Flights
Website states 100% financial protection. Clear scam-artists with no interest in processing a refund for cancelled flights. Keep claiming that they cannot go into the office due to lockdown (which ended three months ago). Told me I was priority for payment four months ago, which was four weeks after the statutory maximum time they should have taken to process the claim. Disgusting fraudsters.

Project Management
I have completed 3 of my 9 lessons, which I signed up for as a refresher for Project Management. The pace is a bit swift, but since it is a refresher for me, it is actually perfect. Someone made a comment in my first class that the instructor was going too fast...again, a swift pace. I love the ability to go back and replay the lesson for clarification on anything that may have been missed. I tried this class for free and love the opportunity to try it out. I probably would recommend Shaw Academy for people who want refreshers in various subjects.
Con - I do not like that the class I missed had to be rescheduled before I could access it. I would like for the modules to be available per their schedule whether I happen to miss one or not, especially since they are not live sessions. Additionally, I would also appreciate access to all of the modules at once. Being an entrepreneur, sometimes my schedule shifts, so having access at anytime would be helpful if my schedule should happen to change on a particular day.
