I bought a pair of Skechers in size 5 from this company recently, even though I usually wear a size 4.5. The shoes got to me pretty fast, but unfortunately, they were too big. I had a bit of a tough time trying to understand how to return them on their website, but thankfully, there was a returns label with the trainers. I sent the shoes back, paid for postage myself, but had no problem getting a full refund. In the end, I was happy with how everything turned out and would think about ordering from them again sometime.

Michael was really helpful and took me through buying the tickets with a lot of patience and efficiency. Thanks to him, I managed to buy our tickets with early park entry.

I bought a bed from this store not long ago and I have to say, I am really impressed. The bed came on time and was just as I was hoping for. The quality is fantastic, and it looks like it was made really well. I like that it can be changed from a single to a double bed easily, which makes it a great choice for any home. Even though I haven't actually slept on it yet, the mattress seems like it will give me a good night's sleep. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed.

I had a pretty bad time with customer service recently which really got me annoyed. I was informed that my order had been cancelled and refunded, but I had to get in touch with my bank myself to actually get the money back. Even though they replied to my review, I had to keep sending them emails and I still haven't got a proper explanation or a quick response.

I reckon Totally Money is a really great app for sorting out all your money bits and bobs. It's dead simple to use and shows you all your financial details in one handy place. However, you know, my credit score went down by 20 points and the app didn't really give a clear reason why. That was a bit irritating, but apart from that, it's fab!

I was proper chuffed with my last purchase from Gardening Direct. The four plants I ordered came in mint condition and were well-wrapped for shipping. You could tell they really made an effort to make sure the plants got to me all safe and sound. The plants themselves were top-notch quality and looked even nicer in real life than they did online. I was well happy with the whole thing and would definitely think about getting plants from them again down the line.

I tried to arrange for regular dairy deliveries for my block of flats from them. At first, I was happy to see that their postcode checker said they could deliver to my area. So, I put all my information into their website and organised payments for the deliveries. However, not long after, they got in touch to check how the delivery driver could drop off the products at my block of flats. I was let down to find out that they don't actually deliver to my postcode. This left me feeling annoyed and puzzled, especially because I had already gone through the whole setup process.

This fashion company has made me feel completely ripped off! I ordered a blouse for 300 euros, and guess what? It never showed up. I've tried reaching out to them several times, but they haven't bothered to reply at all. It's so annoying! How can they treat their customers so badly? I've had to get my bank and even Europol involved just to file a complaint. Iris Fashion, you should feel so ashamed of your terrible customer service and total disrespect for your customers.

Our time at that shop was awful, just like lots of other people have said. We bought some plants, but only got part of our order. We've tried calling and emailing them loads of times, but they still haven't sent the rest of our plants. It's really annoying to deal with such bad customer service and communication. We have no other option now but to take this matter further by contacting Trading Standards and Companies House.

Suits for wedding
I was really impressed with the quality of the suits I bought for my wedding - they were amazing! Not only that, but the price was great and they arrived really quickly. The only issue I had was that I couldn't pick different sizes for the jackets and trousers. This caused a bit of a problem as I needed two more suits for two men with different measurements. One man's trousers fit perfectly but the jacket was too big, and the other man had the opposite issue. If there had been an option to choose different sizes for the trousers and jackets, it would have made my life as a stressed-out groom a lot easier. Despite this issue, if you do manage to get the right measurements, you'll end up with a fantastic suit.

Gucci Snakeskin Bag
I was really annoyed with The Luxury Closet recently. I've been a loyal customer for four whole years and I keep having problems with my orders. It's just not fair. One time I bought a Dolce and Gabbana bag but they cancelled the order because of a voucher glitch and then someone else got it! Can you believe it? Then they cancelled my Hermes belt because they changed the price and relisted it for more money without even letting me know. And today, I missed out on a Gucci Snakeskin bag even though they said I could make an offer. I was constantly checking, but they didn't even give me a chance to reply when the seller accepted. I didn't get any email or text about it. It's so frustrating. I ended up returning another item out of sheer aggravation. The Luxury Closet is really just wasting my time and causing me a lot of stress. I think it's best to avoid the 'Make an Offer' button and the wishlist feature, they're completely pointless here.

After so much bother and time wasted, they told me I wouldn't get anything back because of an excess fee. I bought 4 dresses not realizing they were a scam. They tell you that you can return but can only have store credit only if you order outside the UK... which is fine. If you are in the US it costs 90-100$ to mail back but their scam is when the USPS contacts them in the UK to get the package they just don't go pick it up. The USPS will notify them multiple times and only give them 4 weeks and they mail it back to sender. I have proof it was delivered sent to customer service and they have been well aware that it was returned. Now they won't return my emails and I am stuck with $475 work of dresses I can't return and I have wasted additional $ to ship back. This is 100% a scam and on purpose. I have reported this to the USPS. Terrible company.

Don't bother, your order won't arrive and they will not respond to contact.
I placed an order on 21st August - everything was marked as in stock and able to dispatch within 24 hours, and the website says once dispatched will be delivered within 8-10 days.
I contacted them on 16th September to cancel as it had NOT YET BEEN DISPATCHED. I've since found out they ship from China which explains the long ship time. Three days later, they apologised and offered to add some freebies for me to keep the order, which I declined as I wanted the items for a specific event and they would not arrive in time now. A few hours later I got an email that it had been dispatched, but didn't hear from the customer service again.
I contacted again on 7/10, 17/10 and 25/10 asking for updates with zero response. When I click the tracking link, it says "we're expecting your parcel at Evri" and has said that for 5 weeks now. It's been 9 weeks since my order was placed.

Lead times when placing orders are misleading (at best), foreign customer service personnel read off a script and can tell you nothing, promises of return phone calls broken, responses to emails are generic. Maybe it was because i am new and just starting but i found the course to be spoken at a rapid rate and tried to take notes but slides passed to quick... other then that i did enjoy my first lesson and picked up some knowledge of the markets and what they are about.

Teaching method of sir is brilliant.... firstly I faced problem due to understand the accent but now I am comfortable
The first class was great and informative. The pace was spot on and the information was presented in a visually appealing way. The support systems in place are a little off. I got a call at 5:47AM reminding me of my class despite having confirmed it multiple times. I also got numerous emails and texts telling me I was late for my class when I wasn’t.
It is great so far. I believe it can be improved by adding more explanation to the concepts discussed sometimes.
Shaw Academy is fantastic. This is my 3 course withthem. Very helpful and informative
Cryptocurrency class is great but being marked as absent when I followed the links provided and being marked absent while I am listening to the only option I was given is not.
Enjoyed the first class but having trouble with trade plateform you suggested. Lets trade .com has no way to put in usa as country?? Not sure about that. Class was good !
I'm really happy with the course, the lectures are good, they are fun and engaging and I'm definitely learning which is the most important thing.
I do however have a few issues which are annoying enough for me to write this review,
1. EMAILS: I only joined last week and since them I have been bombarded with emails, the majority of which are erroneous, I keep getting emails to say that I'm late to the class or I have missed the class when in fact I'm actually logged in and watching the class and the notifications become a distraction from the class. (I unsubscribed from the emails but I still have an inbox full of erroneous emails).
2. Constant notifications asking me to update the App, when in fact the app is up-to-date.
3. The 1-click payment button to buy the toolkits is quite cheeky and really incessant, kind of comes across very naggy and I really don't like it, honestly, on principal it makes me not want to buy it.
Overall:
Great course, good lecturers, interesting content but emails, notifications and one-click payment button are driving me insane.I have a lifetime membership why must I buy a toolkit to attend a class? I have also been getting emails for classes that start at 3 am that I didn't sign up for or reminders for classes that state that I am late when in fact I am online and watching the class. What is this about?
I am enjoying the course, but in my opinion, it would be a better experience if It had courses in my natural language, in the case of Portuguese (br).

The course material is very well organized and is executed in an easy to follow format. The classes are very engaging and incredibly informative! I love the trivia questions asked throughout as an interactive tool to remote learning!
I was only able to do a couple of lessons due to changes is my schedule. But, for the time I was on, I could see it was an effective way to possibly learn. I got to choose my days to take a class. I received constant reminders (with everything going on, helpful for me). And, appears as though ample support available. Communication seems really good.
I saw the Ad on Facebook and decided to check it out I wish I knew about it before,I am enjoying my clasdes. I have also shared it with my friends.
The course information is good but the instructor talks so fast it is hard to take notes. Before I finish, he is talking about something else, so I miss some notes. I am not going to be spending money to get the full programs he is using or continue taking lessons because I am on a fixed income and I do not plan to become a graphic designer. This was a great online course. Engaging, informative, and speedy. Great use of my time.
I am not sure about it yet. Actually at this time I am somewhat frustrated because of the "one click purchase" links all over the UI that charge without confirmation.
I opened a ticket with CS for a refund, since I clicked one of these by mistake not intending to make a purchase and I still have not received an answer or a resolution to my request.
In terms of content it looks interesting albeit after two lessons a bit too early to make a solid review.The Project Management course is very informative and easy to follow. I look forward to implementing the skills that I am learning.
I was severely disappointed by the content and user experience you presented. The "learning" seemed to be un-substantiated and not detailed enought to be actionable. In the spirit of fairness, this was the intro module and as such would likely be more "big picture"
It was also frustrating that the instructor asked multiple times for input to "Morpheaus" but found no way to communicate back to the module.Enjoying this learning experience. Easy to use and understand
I enrolled for the online free course for social media and i want to cancel membership but cannot find the icon and I do not want to be charged after because that is what will happen if I do not opt out. Please look into this
Still new to Shaw academy. Having trouble finding my way around the website, purchased some tool kit for course content etc. can access lecture notes but still don’t know how to unlock assignments or quizzes as there are no instructions if we have to wait. Tried downloading the app, useless as when opened it making me pay for toolkit all over again.
I was looking for an online course in graphic design and found Shaw! I enjoy the class, and really appreciate that the application of the knowledge and examples of bad application.

I'm really enjoying learning the lessons. Mobile app development is something very new to me. But I'm worried if we don't subscribe for toolkit will I be able to do good or will I be able to complete my course without toolkit.
It's been two classes and I learnt couple of new things here which I never knew. These were so basic and we usually ignore them. However, by attending the classes I understood how important these are and would of great help. Thanks Shawacademy and the trainer of course.

It’s a new learning experience. I’m glad to enroll in one of Shaw Academy’s courses and I’m looking forward to a lot more. Learning couldn’t be a lot easier.
Although the content of the course is very good, the amount of emails I've been sent does get a bit annoying so I unsubscribed from receiving them.
So far I have completed Lessons 1 and 2 and I have found the classes very easy to follow. You get reminders of your classes and if you can't make the class you can very easily reschedule them. I am a beginner at graphic design so this is all new to me. I get to do it at the comfort of my home. I suffer from depression and anxiety so this is perfect for me. I am also the kind of person who likes to take notes and since I can rewatch the classes through the video and can go over my notes in case I missed anything unlike real school. I can't wait for my future lessons!

Good Job ????Just completed my first lesson in Digital Marketing - Great start. Laura the educator was clear friendly and consice. 45 mins was also just the right length for my brain to engage with !!!
I found the tutor spoke very fast with no chance to ask a question, no pauses, and a lot of information to digest, which is fine, but when its that fast its difficult to take comprehensive notes
Having only completed the very 1st module, I cannot speak for the entire course yet. But, my 1st impression of the course is that it is very professional, well laid out and the recorded webinars you attend appear to have good structure. The content of the 1st webinar was good, the slides were engaging and at this point I would recommend to a friend with one caveat...
...be ready to have to spend money. Unfortunately the pretence of the advertisements that the course is free is somewhat misleading as to achieve certification, and gain access to the slide decks and resources you have to pay. Not great when a course is advertised for free.
My advice would be to be upfront with everyone, if not in your ad, on your landing page.
There is a chance this could get a 5 star review from me once completed, however the claim you can effectively do this course for free is a lie and misleading.amazing to learn

It's a very good learning platform. I wish the trainer went a little slow with the lesson though, i think i missed a few topics in between because of their speed. Hence i was not able to answer the lesson quiz properly.

I wish you bring in more advanced course at higher EQF levels.After attending the class I did enjoy the info and it was precise and informative. I honestly did feel like I was alone in it. It didnt feel like a live class but more like a recorded class. That being said it did get the lesson done in a easy to follow way and I cant wait to continue my education. Thank you guys keep up the good work. Maybe some live streaming could be implemented tho to make it feel more interactive. Just a thought.
My first class was inspirational,knowledge base, stimulant, motivational and it also helps to want to have a growth mindset. I want to be a better me.

I have completed my first lesson in MAD and I must say that I was impressed with the content and flow of the lecture. The presenter demonstrated depth and breadth of knowledge and I cannot wat to delve into the "meat of the matter". I am not fond of the one-click-purchase components as I accidentally clicked on a package when I was not yet ready to purchase it in the first place. It can be unnerving. I am impressed with the offering thus far and I will continue to comment as time passes by,

I am participating in the for week-long free trial. I'm not quite sure if I would purchase from Shaw Academy. I was prompted to write a review only my first day into the course. Though the information I have received is very informative so far, it has not been anything that I could not have found without some research of my own. That being said it is nice to have information already compiled for me. However, it remains to be seen if it would be worth paying for in the future.

No change in Insurance company for last six years.
You can trust them.I would stay clear of insurewithease.
Their insurance policy doesn’t cover cancellation of flights and holidays. Even though the airline and tour operator had cancelled the holiday. The Foreign & Commonwealth Office also advised not to travel abroad.

Denim Jacket is much better this time but cost is also little up this time.I ordered two pairs of jeggings and pressed the button for £3,99 next day delivery. When my order went through PayPal noticed it had charged me just for the two products. I sent an email and completed a section about my order. The went off Thursday the day I was expecting them to arrive. No post, no respi ce from email etc. Just contact customer service who said I hadn’t clicked the £3.99 button must have click the free button for Saturday. Why would I click a delivery for Saturday when I wanted them for Friday. Normally I’ve just waited but tonight is a meet up with friends. I’m so angry the women thought I was stupid enough to click a Saturday delivery when I wanted them for Friday.
They’ve really let me down.
