I ordered this really cool thing twice, but both times the shop messed up. They told me they had it in stock, then said they didn't! I really wanted it, but now I can't get it and I'm feeling pretty gutted about it.

House hunting
I kept trying to contact them throughout the day, but they always said my agent was on another call and would call me back. However, they hardly ever did! I was feeling really confused and lost because they didn't explain where my purchase stood and what documents were required. It was really stressful thinking I might lose the perfect house due to their poor communication. Plus, they took a long time to respond to the seller's solicitors, causing delays. Not cool at all!

Bar stools purchase
