Car insurance policy
I was happy with the services from this company at first, but things went downhill when they suddenly cancelled my policy after only two months. Even though I had already paid for half of it, they insisted I pay the other ten months in one go or else they would send debt collectors after me. This sneaky move to try and get more money out of me through fear is not okay and shows they lack integrity. I recommend being careful if you're thinking of using their services.

Roadside assistance service
I had to ring for roadside assistance the other day when my car's exhaust fell off while I was driving. Luckily, Emergency Assist sent help quickly and efficiently. The mechanic who came was really nice and told me all about what happened and what needed fixing. He got my car onto his truck and took it to a nearby mechanic called RJPmechanics. Everything went smoothly and it was really easy. I was really impressed by the great service from Emergency Assist and their mechanic partner.

3 seat settee delivery
I bought a lovely 3-seater sofa from the store to go with my other furniture. It turned out to be top-notch quality, just like I anticipated from this shop. I was also really impressed by the delivery service carried out by Carl and Matt. They handled getting the sofa through all the doors like pros, and they were friendly and professional throughout. Not only that, but they made sure to take away all the packaging, so there was no mess left behind. All in all, I'm really happy with both the sofa and the delivery service.

I bought something online on the website, but I had trouble getting into my account to download it. I contacted customer service and Ariana sorted it out super quickly. She not only got in touch with the seller for me but also sent me a PDF of the thing I bought. I was really impressed with how helpful she was.
