They say "FREE SHIPPING WITHIN 7 DAYS" on the website, but in reality, the courier is practically at your door as soon as you think about buying one. Another thing missing from the website is detailed info about the materials used, but I can confirm that they are of great quality.
Now, let's talk about their customer service – before, during, and after purchasing. I've never come across such exceptional service, not even from a local shop. I needed to adjust the measurements of the mosquito net I bought, and they got in touch right away, arranged for a courier to pick it up, and within just 3 days, the modified mosquito net was back with me. They've really outdone any other seller in the business with their outstanding customer service. I'd happily buy more mosquito nets from them, even if I didn't need them, just because of how reliable they are.
