I recently lost one of my front teeth in a sporting accident. When I visited the dentist, the option they provided me with was a dental implant. After going away and looking at the process of having a dental implant, that was something that I was not going to put myself through! I began searching online to see if there were other options available to me. This is when I found Clip-On Veneers. There were a lot of different companies that advertised this solution, with a lot of them looking like cheap nasty halloween teeth. After my extensive research, I decided that instasmile looked the most professional and realistic on their customers. So I took a chance with them. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions of my life! The process was simple and thanks to their self-impression kit, it meant I didn’t need to go to the dentist, which was a huge bonus! I purchased my instasmile veneers a few months back and I can honestly say they are one of my favourite ever purchases.
I've never been too confident with my teeth and I've always wanted to do something about it. With my constant fear of doctors and dental practices, I didn't want to have traditional dental treatments such as dental veneers or implants.

Easy process, beautiful smile, excellent quality
I was really impressed with how straightforward the whole process was, from beginning to end. The only issue I encountered was not getting my impressions quite right, but to be fair, that was on me for not following the instructions properly. However, once I managed to do it correctly, my instasmile came out looking absolutely stunning. The quality is top-notch and it genuinely gives me a Hollywood-worthy smile without breaking the bank.
Impression kit
I found ordering quite easy, but the whole process since then has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered my impression kit months ago and I'm still waiting for them to be approved. The communication back and forth is slow and really frustrating, the responses are very generic and take days to come through. It's like a never-ending cycle of sending in impressions, waiting for feedback, and then waiting even longer for a call to discuss what went wrong. The whole thing just seems to be dragging on and on, I've even gone through my second kit already. It's absolutely unbelievable that it's taking this long just for the go-ahead on my impressions. Honestly, if it was possible, I would ask for a refund at this point.
Replacement order for Upper and Lower A1 style shade
I just wanted to give a big shout out to Megan for her amazing customer service. I've been a customer here for about two years now, and I have to say, I'm really happy with the quality of the product. I originally bought the Upper and Lower A1 style shade and they fit really well and looked great. Unfortunately, my latest order got damaged, but Megan sorted out a replacement for me without any hassle. The new set fits just as good as the original ones, and I'm really pleased. I can't wait for my new Upper and Lower A1 set to arrive so I can keep enjoying this awesome product.
Front tooth replacement
I really can't recommend this product enough. So, I accidentally knocked out one of my front teeth, and it made me super self-conscious about my smile. But, I bought this product from this company, and it's been a game-changer. It's an amazing alternative to porcelain veneers and it has totally transformed my smile. I've always had a complex about my crooked teeth and for as long as I can remember I have smiled with my mouth closed. But surgery or braces were never an option for me, both in terms of cost and fear of anyone going near my teeth. Veneer purchase

First set fit issue
After a few tries to get the impression kit just right, I finally got my order but the teeth didn't fit properly. It was disappointing and I felt really let down, especially as I was so excited for my new smile. The customer service team, especially Amy, were really helpful and understanding, and they agreed to make me a new product. I did think that the teeth were a bit bigger than my own, but Amy dealt with my concern in a professional way. Now, I'm just waiting for the new impression kit to be sent so I can start the process again. Hopefully, the next set will fit perfectly as promised, and I'll finally have the smile I've been dreaming of.
Custom veneers
After getting my custom veneers, the bottom set didn't quite fit properly. But, after I sent pictures showing the issue, the production team did a fantastic job fixing it and sent out a new set as part of the 30-day guarantee. They were helpful with any problems, whether it was over the phone or email. Thanks to them, I feel confident again.
Impressions mould challenge
I had a really bad experience trying to get the impression mould for the product. It was so hard to put it in my mouth that it actually made me feel sick. I decided to cancel my order within the 14 days allowed for internet sales, but even though I did everything right, the company kept my money and won't give me a refund. This has made me really disappointed with how they've handled things. When I spoke to customer service, a guy named David was no help at all. He just said they were keeping my money and that was that. The way they've treated me is just not right, and it's clear they don't care about their customers or their money. I asked for their company details so I could take them to court, but they were useless and wouldn't help me at all. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after my terrible experience and the fact that they didn't sort things out properly.
Custom fit clip-on veneers
I had a great experience getting custom fit clip-on veneers from this company. The communication was excellent right from the start, and it was clear that they were committed to making sure my veneers fit well and looked great. I did struggle a bit with getting the impressions done right, it took me three tries, but in the end, it was worth it. The best thing about my new smile is the reactions I've been getting from people - they're all really impressed with how natural and beautiful my teeth look with these veneers.
Clip-in veneers
I have to say, I was really let down by the clip-in veneers I bought. The teeth didn't look real, they didn't sit right on my gums, and the bottom set wouldn't stay in place at all. Even after I followed all the instructions and took multiple impressions, they just didn't turn out the way I wanted. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money on them and won't be using them again. The customer service was alright, but the actual product wasn't up to scratch compared to what I saw on social media. Maybe other people will have better luck with them.
Fit and Comfortable
I was really pleased with how well my INSTAsmile teeth cover fit. I wear it for about 10 hours a day and I haven't had any pain or discomfort at all. The end result wasn't rushed and the fit is just perfect. I'm totally satisfied with this amazing product.
Loose tooth drama
I had this situation where I had to wait for my wobbly tooth to come out or be taken out before I could sort out my smile. I had to pause my order, and I called about 3 times to double-check they remembered me and my problem. Every time, they were really friendly and easy to chat with, making sure they understood me and looked after me. The communication was great, and it helped me feel less panicked about the whole tooth thing.

I'm absolutely chuffed with my new smile! Getting it sorted was dead easy, and the people there were so lovely and friendly.
