Curtains and Blinds
I recently bought some curtains and blinds from that shop and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the quality of the finishing. The material of the curtains was great, but the stitching and overall detail just weren't up to scratch. I read some other reviews and it seems like this is a common problem with the made-to-measure curtains from this store. But I have to give a shout out to Tara from the made-to-measure team. When we took the curtains back because of the shoddy finishing, she sprang into action straight away. She got in touch with senior management and gave us some options to sort things out. Tara's customer service was exceptional, really stood out, and I think she's a real asset to the company. It's just a shame that not all the customer service team members are as dedicated and professional as she is.

Sunhat purchase
I've just bought a sunhat from the store. It's really lightweight and does a great job at protecting my skin from the sun. However, I do think it could do with some air holes to make it more comfortable, especially as my head tends to get quite hot after wearing it for a while. It would also be nice to have more colours to choose from. I'd love it if they also had a winter version of the hat made from a waterproof material.

Jewelry from £1 bid auction
I recently purchased a bunch of beautiful jewellery for just £1 each, and it looks stunning! The sparkles really make me happy. They arrived in the post super quickly and were packaged in adorable little gift boxes. I feel like royalty whenever I wear them. I'm already looking forward to buying more glamorous accessories!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! IT IS A SCAM.
Items ordered but never turned up. Several emails sent but all ignored. Finally got a response when I mentioned Action Fraud and Trading Standards. My order has been cancelled by NITDH with no reason given. I am awaiting a refund but have already alerted my bank to start reclaim procedure.I am in the same position... Do NOT purchase from this website!
