I sold them an iPad and never received the money. They said they sent it and I never received the money. I proved to them never got the money but they sent me no evidence that they sent the money. Taking them to court for theft and going to small claims court. Do not use them

Very poor customer service. Refused to exchange a gift without receipt/proof of purchase. It was brand new & sealed & I only asked for the same item in a different size. I will avoid in future, many similar sellers available, all with better customer service & most with better prices.
