Customized hoodie
I have to say, the hoodie I ordered from this online shop was absolutely brilliant! The material was really good quality, and the print was exactly what I was hoping for. Only one problem was that when it arrived, the print had got a bit damaged in transit. I got in touch with customer service straight away, and they were so helpful and quick to respond. They really did everything they could to sort it out, and I'm honestly so pleased with how it all turned out. In general, it was a really good shopping experience with some top-notch customer service.

Booking a holiday
Goodness me, I have to tell you about my experience with this company. The service I got was just unacceptable. Although the website promised great deals and an easy booking process, the reality was completely different. I struggled to book online, so I decided to ring customer service for help. Sadly, the agents I spoke to were rude and not helpful at all. They just wanted to end the call quickly without really assisting me. The pricing was misleading too, with unexpected fees appearing during the booking. Even though I paid for express delivery, my documents arrived late, causing me so much stress. It was a total nightmare of an experience and I definitely won't use this company again.

Monthly contact lenses order
I bought some monthly contact lenses from this company recently, but it wasn't a great experience. When I ordered them, I saw that the delivery date was set for a month later on their website. I called customer service to cancel, but they told me they had only sent lenses for one eye and they never even arrived. After chasing them up and asking for a refund, I did get my money back eventually, but it was all just a big waste of time.
