Glamping tent reservation
The team working at this glamping spot were really friendly and welcoming. Daniëla, especially, was amazing with her kind and welcoming personality. She made us feel right at home and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. We also enjoyed our chats with her each day and the recommendations she gave us about the local area. The campsite itself was pretty basic and more suited for people just passing by. However, the natural surroundings were stunning, which made up for the lack of fancy facilities. The glamping tents were also quite simple, so don't expect anything too luxurious. Overall, the best part of our stay was definitely the staff, who made us feel looked after and important throughout our visit.
Village holiday
Through Vacanceselect, I have come to realize how sweet and fun village holiday can be. Although I have tried other types of holidays but never did village holiday. However, my first trial powered by Vacanceselect has drawned me to liking that kind of adventure. The place was cool, calm, fun and a lot of things to explore around the environment. I did appreciate that a lot and I'm looking forward to going for another village holiday in a different location next time and I can't hesitate in recommending Vacanceselect to others. I came back totally renewed, refreshed and inspired with so much energy to expend on work for better output.

I recently booked a holiday accommodation with this company and I have to say, I was really impressed by the service I got. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure all my needs were taken care of. I want to give a special shout-out to the representative in Italy, who was not only really nice but also knew a lot about the area. It was obvious she genuinely wanted to make sure I had a great holiday. I called a few times with different questions and she was always patient and helpful, even when it was boiling hot outside.

You know that saying, 'don't judge a book by its cover'? It totally fits here. Everything seemed great when I booked the holiday - loads of helpful info, simple ordering, and no hassle with payment. But the real test is when you're actually on the holiday and then back home. That's when you find out if it was worth the money or just a front. So, I guess we'll have to wait and see how this one goes!

So, yeah, basically, one day I was looking at booking a mobile home for a camping trip. I found one I really liked, but I didn't go ahead with booking it because I wanted to take some time to think about it, right? But then when I went back the next day, it said there was only one mobile home left and the others were all booked up. I started to get a bit stressed out, you know? So, I quickly went ahead and completed the booking. But then, the next day when I checked again, all the mobile homes were suddenly available again! I felt like they were trying to rush me into booking it. It wasn't very cool, man.

Booking mix-up
The booking experience with this company was a total nightmare. We wanted to book a particular bungalow, but somehow ended up getting a confirmation email for a different one that was only for guests with pets. Even though the website said there were other bungalows available, it was obvious that not everything was correct. When we tried to fix the error, they said the only choice was the expensive pet-friendly bungalow. It was really annoying and ended up costing us more.
