Claim processing delay
I had to make a claim on my travel insurance back in April, but it's been ages and the claim still hasn't been sorted. It's been so frustrating because I thought it would be much quicker. I've tried contacting the customer service team several times, but they haven't given me any solid updates on what's going on with my claim. I would recommend being cautious about choosing this insurance provider due to the possible delays in processing claims.

Cat food order
I made a mistake ordering cat food from this website for delivery to the USA, and it was a disaster. The package got confiscated by Customs because of some missing documents, and the company wouldn't own up to it. Their customer service was no help, saying they're not responsible for customs problems. I wasted over $100 on cat food I never got, and to make it worse, the delivery fee from Spain cost more than the food itself. It was a frustrating and expensive ordeal that I won't go through again.

Ski holiday booking process
As a keen skier, I'm always on the lookout for good deals on ski trips. Recently, I booked a ski holiday with Sunweb and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The booking process was really simple and easy, and I managed to find a package that gave great value for money. One of the best parts for me was that ski lift passes were included in the package, and they were ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the resort. This saved us loads of time and hassle, so we could get straight out onto the slopes. Plus, we received all the necessary documents and information well in advance, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The hotel we stayed at was absolutely fantastic, and it made our ski holiday even more enjoyable. I will definitely be booking with Sunweb again in the future.

Booking nightmare
I'm absolutely shocked at how awful our experience was with this online booking site! We booked a house and the hosts cancelled at the last minute, which left us in a total panic. We ended up losing a lot of money and had to scramble to find a new place to stay. I've decided that I'll never use this site again, as they simply can't be trusted!
