    Dog food purchase

    At first, I wasn't too sure about buying from Miscota because of some bad reviews, but I had no choice as my dog's special food can only be found there. When I placed my order, I had to wait 2 weeks without any updates, so I decided to get in touch with Miscota. They quickly explained that there was a delay with one of the food bags. I chose to go ahead with the delivery of the rest of the food. To my surprise, it only took about a week for the delivery to arrive, which I thought was pretty quick. Even though I am still waiting for a refund for an item that was cancelled, Miscota got back to me promptly with the refund code and told me when I should receive it. Overall, my experience with Miscota was good, and if the new food brand I found in the UK doesn't work out, I will keep ordering from Miscota in Spain. It's worth mentioning that the delivery charge was a bit high, so it's important to think about the weight of the parcel and customs issues after Brexit. I suggest ordering larger amounts in advance to deal with this. The food came in good condition with no damage.

    I've been a loyal customer of Miscota for ages, and I've got to say, their prices are really good for the quality you get with their pet supplies. I love that they've got such a wide variety of products that aren't easy to find here in my country. Paying through PayPal is handy, and I always get a tracking number for my orders.     My cat Zini really adores the hydrating cat food from Miscota. It's the Purina Gourmet Crystal Soup that comes in a packet with lots of liquid, great for keeping my kitty hydrated since she isn't a big water drinker. The service I received from Miscota was excellent, they were quick and efficient. I had a question about something on my end, and they responded promptly and sorted it out for me.

    Schesir cat soup order

    My cat Mimmi loves Schesir cat soup and it's been hard to find in the UK.     Urgent pet food purchase

    I was in a bit of a pickle as my pet needed some specific food that I couldn't find in my country. So, I decided to give Miscota a go. They said it would take around 2 weeks for the stuff to arrive, so I placed my order on 12th May. The goodies showed up on 24th May, and they were all in top-notch condition. But, I can't help but wish they had a cheaper delivery option. The delivery charge was nearly double the cost of the products, which made it pretty pricey for me.

    Although, I was happy with how everything looked when it got here. On another note, I wasn't too chuffed with how long they took to get back to me when I had some questions. I reached out on 11th May, but only got satisfactory answers on 17th May - by then, I'd already made my mind up on what to get. It would have been much handier to get quick responses before I placed my order.

    I bought some really cool toys and treats for my dog, but the delivery company in Portugal is just awful! They couldn't even locate the correct address and completely ignored my emails with a map and picture attached. Miscota was so slow at getting back to me as well, but they keep bombarding me with tons of offers. I can't wait to receive my refund and definitely won't be using them again!

    Cat food order

    I made a mistake ordering cat food from this website for delivery to the USA, and it was a disaster. The package got confiscated by Customs because of some missing documents, and the company wouldn't own up to it. Their customer service was no help, saying they're not responsible for customs problems. I wasted over $100 on cat food I never got, and to make it worse, the delivery fee from Spain cost more than the food itself. It was a frustrating and expensive ordeal that I won't go through again.

    Two bags of pet food

    I am really let down by the service from this company. I've been a loyal customer for years and this is the first time I've seen such incompetence. My latest order arrived with only one bag of pet food, no packaging or note about the missing bag. When I got in touch with customer service, they asked for impossible evidence of the missing item. It took a lot of effort and annoyance, but eventually, they sorted it out and refunded me for the missing goods.

    Felix dry food and Gourmet wet food with rabbit

    I've ordered cat food from Miscota twice now, getting Felix dry food and Gourmet wet food with rabbit. Everything went smoothly both times, no problems at all. The food quality was top-notch and my cats really enjoyed it. The delivery took a little longer than I expected, coming after 8 days, but these products aren't easy to find in the UK so I didn't mind the wait. The shipping cost was based on the weight of my order, so I paid £17 for £25 worth of food. It was a tad expensive, but it made sense considering the circumstances. Just a heads up, there's an extra £1 charge for using PayPal, but you do get that added PayPal buyer protection in case anything goes wrong.
