Very nice, Miscola is a right place to buy pets cookies,meals and seeds etc.
Some times I use to ask Moscow about less interest in foods by pets and suggestion for changes from their collections works many times, that is why I like Miscola.Impromune

Paid &14 plus postage !!!!! Item according to tracking stuck on route. Money was taken out of my bank account 10 days ago and still no goods. Utterly unacceptable.!!!!!!!! I would like a full refund ASAP !!!! No goods no money . Utterly unacceptable
Dog crate
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I have never left a review before for a company but felt I had too in this instance as I feel I have quite literally been robbed.
I ordered a dog crate which showed as one in stock. I was then told it was out of stock. Miraculously it was suddenly shipped the next day on a Royal Mail 48 hour courier service. It took nearly two weeks to arrive and upon arrival it was a completely different dog crate to the picture on the website. I contacted customer services who advised me that the correct item had been sent. I explained maybe twenty times that the picture is wrong and I was under the impression I was buying the crate in the picture. They said that pictures are just for reference and they had sent me the correct crate. They have point blank refused to help me or pay for any return postage or refund my original postage. I have since read reviews for this website and see that I am one of many people! Save yourself the heartache and do not buy from this company. They have blatantly broken the Consumer Rights Act and refuse to assist. There is no phone number and the Customer Service may as well be a robot. I’ve had a re-order of dog food with Miscota for a long time with no problems...until January 2021. Not only do delivery’s not arrive on time but the usual delivery charge of £6.99 jumped to £38, with no notification of this astronomical charge.
I have contacted customer services who kindly advised me their shipping costs can increase at any time, without notice. These shipping charges are due to leaving the EU (apparently). Having checked last months reorder I was also charged £38 delivery.
Avoid this company at all costs. I will now be seeking refund via legal remedy.

Completely agree with the negative comments. I placed an order and waited two months for delivery. When it came one of the bags had burst. I thought this would be a simple swap, but apparently they are unable to send a replacement only a refund. They are not responding regarding when I will receive my refund so it would appear they are looking to keep the goods and my money. Bitiba is currently the cheapest for this product and I have used them in the past with success and will now move back to them. Although you should be covered by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act or Paypal Protection it's just not worth the hassle or risk.
Sumsu dog shampoo
I really wanted to try the Sumsu dog shampoo and when it arrived, the box was soaked as the bottle had leaked due to poor packing. The vendors of liquid products at Miscota rarely pack well, and I will not order from them again. Miscota is misleading as well on delivery times, so that is enough for me. This was my second and last order!
Dog food
Avoid like coronavirus! Placed my order at the beginning of March which never turned up, website is co.uk but the company is in Spain, I've been through months of trying to either get my order or a refund only to be told that they had to check where it was with the courier and get back to me, every time I asked for an update this excuse was used again and again andthe whole process started from scratch then no one ever got back to me so I had to constantly chase them up every few weeks. I have now finally had a refund but would NEVER use this company again.
fish tank filter
I purchased a filter off Miscota and I noticed there was a missing piece when it arrived. The customer service were no help and told me they could not do anything about it as I had placed it in the fish tank or 5 minutes before I noticed the aeration attachment was missing. I would avoid this company as they don't ship all the pieces with there products and there customer service is poor. Also the website said 3 to 4 days delivery it took 7. Avoid Miscota
Dog food
The worst company I have ever used!!!! I ordered a large item from the company. I have sent 11 emails asking where my items are. It was meant to be delivered at the beginning of the month and I have literally no idea where it is. I wish I would have read the reviews earlier!! I had to buy my dog food elsewhere last minute. The products maybe marginally cheaper, but the savings aren't worth it if you never actually receive the items.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MISCOTA!! Ordered dog food 6 weeks ago, no delivery, no refund, really bad customer services. Will never order from these again.
