Very poor customer service. Informed days after ordering that items were out of stock and would take weeks to arrive. Had to contact them for my delivery times , which meant hours in a phone queue as they didn't respond to my emails. On the due date phoned for a time and was told that delivery was full that week , so would have to wait another week. They are cheap , but there is a reason for it . There is no customer care given and their communication is some of the worst I have experienced.

Three faux wooden Venetian blinds
Easy to order and pay. First set came, correct size but slats at the top were dropping down at the ends. Asked to send photos which I did. No problem to get a new set sent out. Couldn’t believe it. They were an inch to narrow! Asked for a refund rather than a third set as they are clearly not going to get this right but I cannot get an answer. Have sent five emails. Very unprofessional.

These are the worst person to deal with I never ordered anything from these peoples and cancel what they said I ordered then when I kept calling about my refund they say just because I used some cruss words and said I read they reviews and that they were fake they said that can hold my refund until they are ready the manager name Susan is very rude all because I want my refund I don't have y'all product so what's the hold up with my refund I never heard of these people nor do I want to have any thing to do with this company just give me my money I see the worse in this company
Hi, I'm really confused I've spoken to sunshine mobile loads as I have 2 contracts with them, they dont have a manager called Susan?

This company is total and utter shite rip off they take great pleasure in making people with bad credit pay well over the odds I don’t oersonally have one but a member of my family did well never received the phone after paying 8 weeks up front defo wouldn’t recommend people with bad credit better going to bright house , perfect homes places like that as u pay for what u have in ur possession not 8 weeks up front then nothing
Don't use these charlatans three times I tried to cancel and each time they tried taking money out of my account and got charged now just received an email saying they won't compensate my charges even though it was their fault be careful people

Now I'm worried after reading all these comments. I have paid £240 and was told today my phone would be dispatched. Will I tell my bank not to let this company take any more money? Do the bank refund me or have I lost this money?

Had so many problems with this company, had to get replacement parts sent out and they've been the wrong size, the wrong colour, the wrong size and the wrong colour. Barely an apology or any offer of rectifying the terrible service. If you want to get the job done in less than 3 months then use somebody else.
