Some cool clothes
I purchased some trendy clothes from this place expecting them to arrive quickly. However, weeks have passed and I still have no idea where my items are! When they finally arrived, they were all rumpled and seemed like second-hand clothing. I tried contacting them multiple times, but haven't received any response. I am really disappointed with this store!

Necklace and a ring
I bought a necklace and a ring from there but then I changed my mind for some reasons. So, I decided to cancel the order on Sunday the 29th of May. I received an email on the 31st confirming that they had gotten my items (obviously, they never left their building) and that I should expect my refund within 5-10 working days. But guess what? It's now the 20th of June and I just received an email saying I should see the money back in my account in the next 5 days. Fingers crossed! Oh, and if you were wondering, it was Jonathan.

Broken zip on dress
I bought a dress from this company, but it came with a broken zip. I got in touch with customer service and had a chat with a lovely lady named Mary-Grace. She was really helpful and sorted out the problem quickly. At first, I was going to exchange the dress for a new one with next day delivery, but when I tried it on, I realised it didn't suit me. Mary-Grace arranged a refund straight away without any fuss. The customer service was amazing, which is why I keep coming back to this store for all my outfits.

Swimwear purchase
I recently bought some swimwear from this website and I have to say, I was really impressed. The range of styles and sizes was incredible, and the fit was just right. And the customer service was outstanding. They really went above and beyond to assist me, and I am so grateful for it. If only other companies would take a leaf out of their book, the world would definitely be a better place.
