Wrong size order
I bought something online but it turned out to be the wrong size, which was totally my fault. However, when I attempted to contact them about it, it was really difficult to get a hold of them! I sent two emails but only received a partial response to the first one after waiting weeks. The second email has been completely ignored for over 2 weeks now. I've decided I'm never going to shop at that place again!
Wrong item, wrong size
I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. To start with, they sent me the wrong item, and after I got in touch about it, they sent me the wrong size. Even though they said they would refund the postage, I still haven't got it and I'm still waiting. All in all, it's been a very frustrating experience and I won't be using this company again.
Misleading Size Purchase
I ordered a medium size but got sent an XL instead. When I sent it back, the company said they didn't get it and wouldn't give me my money back. I ended up £180 down, which is not on, especially now. I tried to get in touch with them lots of times but got no response. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be treated like this, especially because I work for the NHS.
Ted Baker Purse
I was a bit unsure at first because of the mixed reviews I saw, but I went ahead and bought the Ted Baker Purse since it was cheaper than other places. I was pleasantly surprised when the purse arrived promptly and turned out to be the real deal. They even included a pack of Love Hearts as a nice little extra. All in all, I had a good experience with Thread and would definitely suggest their website to others.
Dirty shoes with stains
When I got my order, I saw that the laces and shoes had stains and dirt on them. I was really disappointed with the poor quality control and lack of attention to detail. So, I got in touch with customer service straight away. But, when I tried calling them, nobody answered, which was really annoying because I couldn't talk to anyone. After sending lots of emails, I finally got a reply and they said they would arrange for DPD to pick up the item to inspect it. It took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates to make sure they got the item and checked it.
Clothing items
I've had a dreadful experience with this online shop. I ordered some clothes and ended up waiting for over three weeks for my parcel to turn up. Feeling frustrated, I decided to email them to cancel my order, and to my surprise, just a day later they told me it had been shipped. When the package eventually arrived, the sizes were all wrong, which was really disappointing. I sent the items back straight away, but it's been two weeks since then and I'm still waiting for my refund. The lack of communication and efficiency from this company is so annoying, and I'm starting to think about taking legal action if I don't hear back by tomorrow.
Return postage issue
I recently had a bit of a bad time with this online shop. When my parcel arrived, I noticed that they forgot to include the return label. This meant I had to fork out £11.00 for postage to send the stuff back. I did let them know about their mistake, but sadly, I didn't get any money back for the extra cost. Their sloppy mistake has really put me off, so I won't be using their services again.
Quality clothing options
I must say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the clothing I bought recently. The items they had to offer were top-notch, and the fabrics were really good. They had a great variety of brands to choose from, and I even discovered some hidden gems in their own MVP range. Returning items was so easy, much better than other online shops I've used before. Getting my money back quickly was also a nice touch. All in all, I would definitely suggest Maison Threads to anyone in search of quality clothing.
Oversized Hoodie
This company is just awful to deal with. I ordered a big hoodie and had to wait ages for it, and then when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size! I've heard nothing from them - no emails, no updates, and they're not even answering my calls. It's been five whole weeks and I've still not got my money back or sorted out this mess. Don't go near this company, seriously.
Late order delivery
I am fuming with this company. My order came late, and customer service was basically useless. I contacted them several times for updates, but all I got was excuses. When my order eventually arrived, the items were low quality and definitely not worth the money. I won't be shopping here again and I recommend others avoid it too.
Slider purchase for partner
I had a bit of a rough start with my order from this place. They forgot to send my sliders, and when they did arrive, the box was really damaged. The size was wrong for my partner, so I tried to exchange it but didn't hear back. It was really annoying. Just when I was ready to give up, Phil came in and saved the day. He sorted out the return and refund for me quickly and for free. Thanks, Phil, for turning things around for me.
APC sweater
I bought a lovely APC sweater from Maison Threads recently and had a fab experience. In the morning, I emailed to ask about sizing and was chuffed when I got a quick reply from a chap called Adam. He gave me all the measurements I needed, so I could choose the right size. My order arrived with Dpd the next morning, and I was thrilled with how fast it was and how well they kept me in the loop. I was really impressed with the top-notch service from Maison Threads.
Second time shopping, satisfied with after-sales service
I've absolutely loved shopping at this store. The customer service is fantastic, and the staff always go above and beyond to help me with any questions or problems I might have. Since they switched to UPS for delivery, my orders arrive much quicker, even when coming from the UK to the US. I have to give a shoutout to Phil, who's been so incredibly helpful and reliable every time I've spoken to him. His dedication to making customers happy is really impressive. The only thing I'd suggest is to add more options for women's clothing in the future. Overall, this store has won me over and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Refund delay
I am so disappointed with the service from this company. I returned an item following their policy and have been waiting for my refund for months now. Despite several emails and promises that my refund is on the way, I still haven't received it. The lack of communication and follow-through is just terrible. I wish I hadn't bought from them and would recommend others to avoid ordering from them as well.
Sons birthday outfit
I recently found some really good deals on baby clothes on this website, much better than on other sites I checked. The customer service was excellent too - they replied to my queries quickly and even helped me with placing a last-minute order for my son's birthday outfit. The standard delivery was sent out straight away and I got it the very next day. I would definitely recommend this site for anyone looking to shop for baby clothes.
Coat for husband
I got a coat for my husband from this shop not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. When the coat arrived, I saw that it was too small because of my own error. But when I reached out to the customer service team, Phil was really understanding and said they would exchange it for a bigger size. The whole process was easy and quick, and the new coat came quite quickly. I am really happy with the great customer service from this store.
My new backpack
I recently bought a backpack from this shop and only used it for a total of 13 days before the handle started to become loose and frayed. I was under the impression that goods sold in the UK came with a warranty, but sadly it seems that this shop does not provide one.
Expensive jacket for partner's gift
I recently bought a pricey jacket from the shop as a present for my partner. Sadly, it was too big so I returned it within the 14-day time frame as per their policy. They confirmed they got the return and said I'd get a refund in 5-7 days from when they got it. It's been 4 weeks now and still no refund. I've sent lots of emails and tried calling, but haven't heard back from customer service. It's really disappointing and annoying that they're keeping my money without any update or contact during these tough times.
Recent visit to the establishment
I went to the shop the other day and was surprised to see a "TO LET" sign on the window. It seems like they might be trying to keep up appearances even though they're struggling financially, which is worrying. It's strange to see good reviews for a shop that looks like it's closed. People thinking of going there should be careful and know what's going on.
Bought shoes for my little cousin
I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my little cousin, which looked great but unfortunately didn't fit properly. I've been trying to contact the company via email numerous times, and they replied saying they would refund me within 5 days. However, it's been over 5 days now and I still haven't received my refund. They are now ignoring my emails, which is really frustrating. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, especially if you're older like a pensioner.
