Balloons
I was really let down by the customer service I got on my last visit. The staff were so rude and unhelpful, it made me feel really unwelcome there. And to top it all off, the balloons I bought went down almost as soon as I left the shop - what a waste of money!

Gazebo
I bought a gazebo from this company recently, but it was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. I placed my order on the 7th of May, expecting it to arrive in 3 to 5 working days. However, after waiting for 10 days, it was still stuck at the picking stage. I tried to get in touch via email, but got no reply, so I had to resort to using their chatbot. They eventually told me on the 16th of May that my order had been sent out, but didn't give me any info on when it would arrive. When I contacted them again on the 20th of May, they said my order was actually cancelled because of a mistake with their stock. The lack of communication and unprofessional behaviour from the company is really disappointing.

I am really impressed with the convenience and variety that Pocketmags offers for digital magazine subscriptions. I love being able to access a wide range of magazines in different genres with just a few clicks. As someone who enjoys learning and being entertained on various topics, having the option to subscribe to music, science, and sports magazines all in one place is incredibly handy. The digital format means I can enjoy the content without taking up space in my home, although I have to admit, if I had the room, I would enjoy collecting physical magazines too.

Rio zip and link beds
I ordered some beds online and was a bit worried, but everything went smoothly. The delivery men were really polite and rang before they arrived. The beds are really comfortable and I'm really happy with them. I'm impressed with the company and would definitely recommend them.
