Twin set air freshener with hazelnut & chocolate refills
This has got to be the best purchase I've ever made! The twin set air fresheners are just incredible. The capsules are really well made and they look so cool in my car. I also got the hazelnut & chocolate refill set, and they smell absolutely amazing. The scent isn't too overpowering, but just enough to give my car that luxurious hotel smell.

Unbelievable lack of communication
I recently bought some things online and it's been an absolute nightmare. I made my order on a certain date, never got a confirmation email, and after waiting for a few days with no news, I thought I'd play it safe and make the order again. But unbelievably, I still didn't get any confirmation email. And to make matters worse, both transactions appeared on my bank statement through PayPal. I've tried emailing for help, but I haven't heard back. The webchat option doesn't seem to be working either, so I'm feeling really frustrated and like I'm being ignored. What kind of service is this?

I was a bit annoyed at first because I didn't get updates on my shoe repair, but when I finally got them back, I was over the moon with how good they looked. The work on them was top-notch and they looked brand new. Belt purchase
I bought a belt from this company not long ago, and it was a bit of a nightmare. The first belt I got was too small, so I asked for a bigger one. Unfortunately, they sent me another one that was even smaller! I tried to get in touch with them through messages and emails, but no luck. Now I'm stuck with two belts that I don't want and can't send back. It's obvious that this company doesn't know how to handle things properly or look after their customers. I'd advise everyone to steer clear of them.
