The service in this shop is really amazing. As soon as I ordered, I was really impressed with how professional and efficient the staff were. The plane models I got were top quality and even better than I expected. They sent everything out really quickly, so I got my order in no time. I would definitely suggest this shop to any aviation fan who wants great service and top-notch products.

Insurance claim assistance
I was really disappointed with the customer service from this company. I got in touch with them because my elderly mother needed help with an insurance claim and I was hoping they could sort it out for us. Even though the person I spoke to was nice, they couldn't figure out how to actually help us. Then, the email they sent afterwards said they had dealt with my "complaint," when all I wanted was some assistance. The system seemed to tie their hands and prevent any progress towards fixing the problem. On top of all that, they wanted to hike up the rates by a massive 83%, which I thought was totally out of order. Thankfully, we managed to sort everything out without their involvement in the end.

Overcharged for booking
I was really looking forward to booking a car through this website, but when I got to the checkout, they ended up charging me nearly double the price they originally showed! It felt like such a rip off, I was left feeling completely scammed and let down. Seriously, who even does that? It's just not cool at all.

Water butt and stand
Identical product is much cheaper than a local garden centre which didn’t even have the stand or down pipe connection. So, great price for everything.
Easy ordering, fast delivery and outstanding after-sales service when I telephoned with a query about the stand. I was worried about ordering online but couldn’t be happier with this company.
They took the money and never delivered the order. Stay away from this company. They do not answer e mails or any form of correspondence. You have been warned!!!
